Feel Like Home
Close to all the wholesales market and shopping centre.

The 23th floor I stayed in has a nice view down the street.
Bath tub is enjoyable and the hotel staff are very helpful, make my family feel as cosy as home. Hotel is located near all wholesale centre, making it convienience to get affortable stuff and good bargain. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel as the shopping malls are within walking distant. The view from my room was amazing. The service was good and staff are friendly and helpful. Only problem is the traffic and the airport check which is a bit nuisance. Air pollution is quite bad.

i had difficulty communicating with hotel staff in english.
vegetarian food choices were minimal in room service menu.
water quality was bad.breakfast buffet was great.
there was no help regarding food ordering from other nearby resturants.

Good location for shopping but not near BTS
1) Big bed and toilet. Many good TV channels to watch. Staff at main door very helpful

We stayed on a high floor which gave us a good view of the skyline. 3 Clean towels were missing on one of the days and we had to call housekeeping to replace. It took a while before we got the towels. The hotel lobby is small and outside the hotel,
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Erawan Shrine is a walking distance from the hotel. Take about 10 mins walk to reach there. If you want to go to a pier, make sure you check the boat schedules as we found out that at least one of them is closed at 9am in the morning and the next boat to arrive is at 3pm ! Do not fall into scam if someone on the street ask you to take a tuktuk (very cheap fare) to go to see temples. You will be brought to buy expensive things.

Good location. Service has dropped slightly compared to my previous trip. Upcoming malls and with new look after the renovation might give the hotel a big boost on its image and outlook. Nevertheless, worthwhile staying at the hotel.
