Spacious hotel room in a great location

Well-located hotel with a living room, microwave and stove. Very spacious and comfortable for our group of ladies on a shopping trip.
The staff were also friendly and helpful with inquiries, always with a ready smile. However, our request for an extra travel adapter was not catered to, although it's not that big an issue as we already had one in the room. And pillows needed to be changed as the ones provided was too flat.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

i have stayed in grand diamond twice now and i can call it my home in bankok. i will stay here evrytime im in bangkok and that is once every two months. i like that the rooms are big, and clean. the bathroom is clean and smells good. the buffet breakfast is sumptious. everytime im here , i always have a massage (thai with oil) and it feels heavenly.. and its near the shopping malls and many resto

This is my first time stay with this hotel which is a stone throw away to various shopping malls. The hotel staffs are friendly and room is nice.

Did not give a impression of a hotel when entered. Colours used in the rooms are quite dull. Great disappointment as compared to the pictures seen. Service of bellboy was great.

close to shopping and convenient transportation available

good value for money. very good spread of breakfast. good location and walking distance to shopping areas. transportation to various location of interest is very convenient. room is quite spacious and clean. hotel staff are very friendly and courteous and helpful too. We will surely come back to stay in this hotel on our next trip to Bangkok and will recommend to our friends.
Travel tip:
request for metered taxi is very much cheaper to travel.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. Generally, the service staffs are polite. However, on the second day of our stay, the housekeeping staffs came to knock on our door early in the morning asking what time they can clean our room??? This is no good. We went out late the previous night and was still sleeping when they came knocking on our door.

Good breakfast, lovely efficient staff. My room was a bit old, could do with a renovation. But in general quite good.
