rooms were good, but staffs attitude have to buck up. They charged at everything, no wifi in this hotel and you need to pay for it. good location, just beside plantinum fashion mall.

Need to improve service

2nd stay at this hotel. This time round after check out, had an unpleasant encounter at the reception. Reception called housekeeping and they informed that we had taken more drinks (which we had not!) Reception insisted but i didnt want to pay since we did not take.
Overall, the service needs to improve. Location is still the reason why I choose this hotel again. PLus the breakfast buffet is still one of the best.

the room keeping refills the toiletries and tidies the room everyday without fail even without the ' make room ' sign. the front door staffs helped in getting the taxis without us having to haggle a price.

I don't like this hotel yes is good for family or big group but the room is old and when we will there i had a very bad experience this hotel is the 2nd hotel that will in my black list for bangkok trip if is a couple i don't think this hotel is suitable.

the hotel staff is friendly especially the housekeeping lady.
the room is big and breakfast is good. the gym,jacuzzi, steam- bath & sauna are free for you to use.
there is no complimentary wi-fi access,need to pay for the password & the reception collects per min to help make a call to my tour agent.
the hotel is convenient as it is in the grand diamond shopping mall itself and many other shopping malls are all around. no problem looking for food too as big varieties of food in the shopping malls and in the streets

Great localion and spacious for families

All suites hotel next door to the Platinum Mall and Pantip electronics shops with 10 minutes walk to Central World
and 20 minutes or so to Mahboonkrong and Siam Paragon Malls.
So best location for shopping in the Pratunam area.
Rooms are spacious and good for young families with a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, microwave and sink.
however my room received little outside light ad was dark.
the hotel lobby is smack in the middle of little shops!
but if your priority is shopping, this is good value for
money.
Restaurant Tip:
Great food court on the 6th floor of the Platinum Mall with lots of stalls with various Thai specialties.

Big rooms at the center of Bangkok
Being in the center of Bangkok, shopping obviously is easy. There lots of malls and boutique stores outside of the hotel. And they sell cheap goods too. At the lobby you have Starbucks which is convenient. Beside the hotel is Platinum mall, a haven for shoppers. It has a wide variety of goods . There's also a foodcourt that offers a whole lot of choices of Asian cuisine.

I am pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It can actually fit a small family. There's a living room and small kitchenette areas. The bathroom is huge too. Grand Diamond sure is a steal for its price. Plus the location, you can't get it any better especially if you are a shopping tourist. At the ground floor lobby alone there are stores already. Beside the hotel is Platinum mall, a haven for cheap finds. Just a 5 minute walk you can reach Central world, an upscale mall for branded items. A few more steps then you can reach Siam Paragon and MBK another shopping haven. I would surely come back to Grand Diamond Suites together with my family.
