Friendly staff, excellent location , good food The best part of the hotel is the lavish breakfast. there is nothing better than a enjoyable breakfast with friendly staff to start your day. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious bathrooms. toiletries also excellent.Location of the hotel also convenient.The temple is also close by . shopping also.Ambiance of the hotel very very nice and soothing with lot of greenery.

The biggest plus point is the location, just steps away from the Central World shopping mall. Staff is also very professional. The hotel is very old-style. Lobby, garden cafe, swimming pool. Room design. I have spent 2 nights at Grand Hyatt Erawan, its been a wonderful experience, the staff are helpful, and very kind. The beds are fine comfortable, and the location are just simply great. The buffet breakfast are just simply nice and best. For sure will stay again at this hotel.
