If you need to stay near the airport for a night and don't feel like shelling out for a room at the Novotel then this is an awesome choice. Right next to the airport (an easy 10 minute cab ride). The rooms are large with excellent air conditioning and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Highly recommended as an airport hotel

Close the airport. Great Value. Excellent Breakfast. Good service.

Rooms smelled a little musty although this vanished as soon as the air conditioning was turned on.

We arrived here for an 8 night stay. We were at home from the very first minute we arrived. The staff all new our names from day one. It is nice to go to breakfast and have the waiter remember what it is you like. The views are to die for! Service, they will do ANYTHING to make you happy and I have zero complaints with this lovely hotel and it's staff.

staff is incredible down to the smallest details. I cannot believe anyone has left this wonderful hotel a bad review. Food is yummy, coffee is to die for and the view, need I say more???

I stayed overnight as a transit to go to ientiane from Japan. I arrived in Bangkok at midnight, but Grand Inn Come is close to the airport so it didn't take ten minutes to go to the hotel. And I was warmly and politely welcomed by hotel staff. I think the price including breakfast is reasonable and best for transit.

Complimentary pick up car take me to the airport, reliably and swiftly and the buffet serves a nice breakfast.

Bathroom is ok, but bathtub is a little dirty.

Used this hotel overnight both coming and going from Kathmandu to the US. Including breakfast and airport transfer - to my mind, a good value. Fast airport pick up and drop off, reliable wake up call and efficient early morning hotel staff. Clean room, complimentary bottled water and coffee in rooms. Would stay again.

Reliable airport pick up/drop off, close to Suvarnabhumi airport, clean, friendly and efficient front desk. Good value.

A little noisy from street traffic and karaoke bar - request room on the 5th floor.

It didn't look like there was a whole lot to do around the hotel. But we were jet lagged, and didn't look much either.

A nice hotel conveniently located close to Suvarnabhumi airport. If you need to stay close to the airport this is a very good choice. The standard of the rooms and facilities are OK, and the restaurant offers nice range of dishes at reasonable prices. Staff service minded. Good value for money, recommendable.
