nice hotel and great rooms for the price
Internet connectivity is an extra charge and the charge is fairly high for Asia.
I have stayed here several times when flying the next day. The service is good and the hotel is clean. If you need to be at BKK the next day this hotel is a great choice. They even held one of my bags for a few days while I made a side trip to Cambodia.

Proximity to airport.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Round trip complimentary van shuttle to and from airport.
Pleasant room.
Reasonable price to value.
Complimentary water bottles in room!
Comfy beds (Not typical hard-as-board Asian beds)
Loud interference from noisy pub outside the hotel is very distracting.
Breakfast foods were sub-standard.
I had a one night stay at this hotel. The shuttle was not at the airport when we arrived, but it is possible we didn't arrange for it to be. Once we called the hotel, the shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes. The proximity to the airport is this hotel's best strength. The value is also reasonable. The staff had a basic command of English, which helps us English-speakers. They were friendly and helpful and appreciate tips. The room itself was sufficient with comfy beds and complimentary water bottles. The only real downsides that we saw was that were on a side of the hotel overlooking a really noisy pub that rocked hard into the night and made falling asleep problematic. The breakfast food was mediocre, but certainly edible. I'd stay there again if I could sleep on a side of the hotel not overlooking the noisy pub! Or bring ear plugs.
Shopping Tip : For 150 baht you can return to the airport and then take a 150/person bus trip into the shopping district of Bangkok. One way takes an hour not 25 minutes as suggested, and this without heavy traffic to make the commute longer.

Close to airport, free transport from and to airport
The major benefit of the hotel is its location close to the airport and the free transport (about 10 min to the airport). The hotel is OK for staying overnight if you arrive late and have an early flight next day. The surroundings are dull (more like an industrial area), and BKK is about 25-30 minutes away by taxi. The breakfast buffe is plain, but you will stay alive until the next meal.

Free airport pickup and dropoff, clean, nice rooms, professional staff
You have to go to the info desk to find your driver upon arrival at BKK, but transport is great once you find them!
This was my second stay at the hotel, in between flights in Bangkok. The price is right, and for an airport hotel, honestly, it's everything you could possibly want. No-brainer!
Hotel Feature Tip : Just go straight to the info desk and ask them to call the hotel to confirm where the driver is waiting. You will save time!

Location, air conditioning, free breakfast, shuttle to and from BKK
The information desk at the airport had to call the hotel because they didn't pick me up. The noise from karaoke and the airport were noticeable but tolerable.
This hotel was very nice with modern bathrooms, air conditioning, and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for short stays, but not long ones because of the noise factor. Also be prepared with some Baht to tip the staff (about 20 each time they help with something).

Airport pickup, friendly staff, always willing to help
I have stayed here on several occasions and it is always a pleasure to return to the Grand Inn Come Hotel. The airport pickup is swift and takes only 10 minutes to the Hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful and ensure a quick check-in is granted. The rooms are clean and spacious but try to ask for a room at the rear of the hotel as it can get a little noisy if you are facing the main road. There is a very good choice for breakfast and you should definately try the 150 baht lunchtime buffet...superb value for money.
Overall, its a nice hotel whether you want to use it as a base for exploring Bangkok or whether you are staying for 1 night before flying onwards.
Travel tip : Lovely outdoor restaurant and bar situated on a small lake about 5 minutes away towards the airport.

Good location, generous room
Smell from bathroom exhaust fan.
This hotel is well located at 23 Sukhumvit road, surrounded by lots of activity at all times of the day with ready access to the BTS Skytrain and subway services. The room was very clean and was well maintained during my stay. The only problem I had as that when the bathroom exhaust fan was turned on it would draw fould air from somewhere, making the bathroom very unpleasant for 10-30 minutes or so. Breakfast was minimal.

it is to far away from everything.
it was clean and the staff were excellent good facilities. But it was a little to far from any shopping or nightlife for my liking . it was very close to airport which was a good thing at the time because of early morning flights .meals were excellent with only fresh produce used
Travel tip : close to airport.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport for an overnight layover and this hotel was a great choice. They provided a free pick up and drop off service, which was MUCH appreciated. We did have to wait about 25 minutes to get picked up, but that would be our only complaint. It is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Room was clean, beds comfortable and check in/check out was efficient. Please ignore the food/dining rating below as we did not eat at the hotel, arriving late, leaving super early.

Good location by the Airport
THe hotel is pretty old fashion. Rooms are a littly creapy.
This hotel was ok if you need to stay close to the airport. Overall it kind of grossed me out. It was stuck in 1970 and the staff was not all that helpful. I think there might be other hotels better for the money closer to the airport. Overall, I would say this place is ok but maybe not worth the money.

The hotel is very close to the airport.
I needed a place to stay on a short night passing through Bangkok. I made a reservation over the internet, and everything was in order when I showed up at the hotel. That's nice if you've jut flown over the Pacific and you hardly know whether it's day or night. Breakfast was okay, and the shuttle back to the airport was very convenient.

Conveniently located from the airport by taxi. Friendly customer services staff. Rooms clean and comfortable with good mattress. Room is large when considering Asian style accommodations. The price is excellent. There is an ATM machine directly outside in the hotel parking lot that is connected to a major Thailand bank, meaning you wont be charged those ridiculous charges that you find with these independent ATM machines.
The carpeting in the hallways need to be replaced from wear and tear, even though the carpets are clean.
Dont plan onfinding the driver on your arrival at the airport. I spent about 15 minutes looking for a the driver to find out later he was standing outside door #5 instead of being present at the area where most of the hotels await their guests.
As an American doing business in Asia for the past 14 years on a monthly basis I was very pleased with my overnite stay at this hotel. The hotel is easily accessed from the airport by taxi for about $5.00 US Dollars. Even though the hotel offers a free hotel van for arriving guests, I would suggest you pay the small taxi fare and avoid trying to find the hotel driver on leaving the Immigration area. The hotel was surprisingly comfortable condsidering the price. The rooms were very clean and the customer sevices staff were excellent. Since my departure was prior to the opening of the free buffet breakfast that begins at 6am, I was pleasantly surprised when the lobby staff on their own brought me a fresh cup of coffee, juice and two slices of bread with butter and jam. I can say after staying at the Novotel many times that you would never receive that service if you leave before the buffet opens.I would strongly suggest a traveler stay at this hotel if they are looking for a good value that is close to the airport and only plan on transiting bangkok to another location the next morning.
Travel tip : Conveniently located ATM machine outside the front lobby of the hotel connected to a major Thai financial institution.

Good price, location, spacious, friendly service
2-3 star interior design and fair breakfast
It is great for people have a short stay but not recommend for longer stay coz there is not much to do around the hotel. Better to sleep and leave
Hotel Feature Tip : Call up first to arrange the airport pick-up and they provide wonderful propmt service.
