Location and Staff Friendliness.
Noise levels, very thin walls, small room, tiny elevator, poor breakfast, bad breakfast location, parfum in room, etc.
You will not find value for money here. There ar esimilar price range hotels around central Bangkok that offer more for the same price. Staff are very friendly and the location is good. However, Breakfast is only American Style and is not tasteful. Rooms are noisy, you can hear othe rrooms and especially the outside noise. They spray a perfum in the room each day to make it small good, but it doesn't smell good and makes the air mor estuffy. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Located right in the centre of Nana, Sukhumvit. Close to skytrain and close to all amenities
Very busy outside the hotel, right on the main street. But if you like to be where the action is the Grand Inn is the place.
The Grand Inn is a smaller boutique hotel located on Soi 3, opposite Soi 4 Nana near the cornor of the main Sukhumvit Road. Its right in the centre of things. Outside the hotel are street markets and resteraunts. Inside the hotel the rooms are big, with flat screen TV and DVD player. Nice amenities in the bathroom too. Staff were always friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.
Shopping Tip : There are lots of street vendors right outside the hotel. Take your time look around, but dont always accept the first offer on price.

Spacious rooms, looked as good as in pictures, very helpful and friendly staff; very convenient location as it's close to Nana BTS and Bumrungrad as well stores & restaurants
Could increase breakfast menu choice; softer pillows prefered; need to check flush so that it doesn't leak.
I would go back to the hotel again as it fit well within my budget and was great value for money. Loved the room colors.
