very good place, easy to reach and very close to the sky-train station.
It is in the hearth of Nana, one of the most famous place for the night life in bangkok!

The best feature of the hotel is its location - at the heart of everything. It is easy to get to virtually round the clock. The shop next to the hotel which sells delicious kebabs for THB 50.
The hotel is in the middle of the Arab quarter of the city which means that it particularly caters for this demographic. As a result, nearly all the television channels were in Arabic... not what I was expecting (but no big problem). The room should have had a safe but it didn't.
I spent 2 nights as part of a business trip at the Grand Lucky and got what I expected - it is a no frills centre-of-the-town hotel which is all about location location location. There is no breakfast provided or the possibility to offer this, but there are many restaurants within a stones throw. The room I stayed in was clean and surprisingly quiet considering where we were. Most of the TV channels were in Arabic, but as I wasn't in Bangkok to watch the tele, this didn't bother me particularly.
Restaurant Tip : Kebab for THB 50 next door... can't go wrong!

when I check out, they charge me for something I never took. I say make show that you are in the room when they check it for things you use in the bar.

Helpful, friendly staff. Location convenient, near main road, about 7 min walk to Nana BTS. Restaurants and 7-11 all nearby.
A little hard to find, more signs might be helpful. Had some mosquitoes, think due to nearby construction.
Stayed for 5 nights. Overall a good experience. Internet access was fast. Water pressure and hot water were good. Only con was the mosquitoes, however that was probably due to some nearby construction. Would definitely recommend this hotel for the budget traveler, good value for that price. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning. Might have been better if they had more variety for breakfast, it was the same thing everyday. However still tasty. They have no in house restaurant or cafe.
Hotel Feature Tip : Tell the taxi driver its near Grace hotel, they probably wont have heard of the Grand Lucky.

Location in a central and lively. Diligent staff.
Choice of TV channels limited: Thai Arabic language, as the hotel seems geared primarily towards a customer of the Middle East. Freshening Furniture: cabinet handles missing ...
Because of its location in an area frequented by people mostly from countries of the Middle East, this hotel caters primarily to clients of Arab origin. No TV channel of Anglo-Saxon (or European ) to keep informed. Also, I was placed in a room with a door separating a bedroom terraced. The latter is greater for families. Unfortunately, I have realized that too late. So, one night was particularly noisy until early morning at this time of Ramadan ...
Nightlife Tip : Many opportunities for meetings in the surrounding bars.

Exotic atmosphere and convenient so near BTS Nana station.
The rooms are clean and bright. Are noisy until late at night outside the location, once in a while can also be a foreign experience in Bangkok. The hotel has no restaurant food is right outside. But still around and just Middle East food, there are also TV channels.
