Comfortable, excellent service of staff Asked to be placed away from elevators 2x but was given a room 2X close by! Enjoyed stay 2 times there for the most part.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is connected to everything you would want or need in shopping or dining. You just have to walk out of your hotel down the corrider and into the Mall where you can find all you need! Restaurants, shopping galore. This is nice as the air was very polluted while we were there and did not want to go outside!

This a disappointing place. It is rather dated and the room layout is bad for a businessman. The phone is on the bed and doesn’t reach the desk where it is needed beside your computer. The internet LAN cable is on a too small desk and doesn’t reach the bed where lies your computer.
It took two hours for them to sort out what the hotel IP or SMTP address was so that I could download business email.
The internet was a whopping 600 Baht a day. (24 hours) That is huge cost and as high as any 5 star hotels anywhere in the world but way certainly not in Asia.
I used the connection for a mere 2 hours and I was charged twice because I have two laptops. Notwithstanding that there is but one and only connection in the room they charged me another 600 Baht for a whopping total of $1200 Baht

Connect to small shopping centre. Lots of restaurants and shops
Room is comfortable , nice and clean.
A bit far from the centre of Bangkok. Have been here several time. Good hotel if you are by yourself on business or conferences as you can find lots of nice places to eat at the shopping centre next to it.
Nice and quiet , not over crowded like some areas in Bkk.
Not much traffic jam as it is a bit outside the business district. Good value for money. Very comfortable and clean.

Staff needs more training The location is convenient because it's close to the subway. The subway station is just outside the hotel. The checking-in process is takes a long time. The interior of the hotel feels a little old. The bathrooms are kind of small. The room's door does not muffle the sound of people in the hallway so it can get bothersome.

Good rooms, efficient, polite, helpful staff Internet was too expensive I spent one week in the Grand Mercure Fortune Hotel and was very happy with every aspect of my stay. The central location of the hotel very near an underground station makes it very convenient. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and efficient, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I enjoyed using the swimming pool.

Nothing to compliant. It is a very pleasant experience. The see, click, and buy is so easy and hassle free. I would recommend it to everybody.
Shopping Tip : You can get almost everything withing the Hotel vicinity.

Great looking lobby, close to subway station, next to the Fortune IT Mall Hallways to rooms are scary looking, bathroom needs improvement, toilet seats need to be replaced. Overall, this hotel served its purpose. It's relatively clean, good amenities and convenient to subway. It's also great to have the Fortune Mall next to the hotel. Close to Sukhumvit!

good view out window at high floor room This hotel is the one with very good location which has a subway station next to the gate of the hotel. And most exciting is there is a station shopping mall connect to the hotel, there are lots of restaurants with different flavores, I like pretty much the Thai noodle as my dinner. The room is pretty much old, but with good city view out there of the big window, because I stayed on high floor room. you may see cars running on flyover, neon lights aside of street, people working in high building, you might feel pulse of the city Bangkok.

Friendly staff. Location is good as it adjoining to the departmentstore and close to Underground station. Room's quite small. We've got given a very dark room. The window was in a block so the sun light can get in for 50%. Not impress by the room but the staff are very nice. Close to departmentstore.

In need of a slight renovation. Nice, moderately clean business hotel convenient to public transport. Stayed here primarily for the location as I was in town to pick up a visa at the nearby China Embasssy. Located within the Fortune Town Building Shopping Complex and just beside the metro line (Station PHRA RAM 9)with quick, easy access to all points throughout the city. Also near the expressway for relatively fast access to the new airport.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is lcoated next to the IT Fortune Mall. Great shopping for IT greeks. There are alos numerous resturant connected inside the mall. The MTR is right outside the hotel. It is convinient to go anywhere in Bangkok from this hotel.

Hotel is clean and quiet. It stayed here before on several legs of my travel. The staff were always very helpful. Try the chinese restaurant inside Mercure. It is great. It's a bit pricy but the food is good. Also the coffee shop serves some great coffee and pastry. Overall a good experience.

Good hotel located in the business district. The room is clean and quiet. Originally I had a smoking room. I requested a non-smoking room. The hotel did not have any available that night but they move me the next day. It was a surprise to see they were tracking my request. Overal it was a good experience. Would stay here again.
