- Very close to IT shopping Center and Tesco Lotus supermarket, actually, it's in the same building.
- Great Service
- Reasonable price
- Quite inconvenient to go from car park to hotel Lobby. Unless you've got the parking in front of the hotel, you'll have to go to the parking garage and walk down the stair with your luggages, enter the lift down to the lobby. Great service at reasonable price. I made some mistake in booking and the hotel staff, with great help from Agoda helped me throught it. Better than that, i've got an upgraded room! Thank you!

Good location and has the advantage of shopping mall being attachwed to hotel complex Their internet booking system did not work for me and took many phone calls and further e mails before I finally received a reply from them to say they had not received my reservation. Was amazed at how long it took for the hotel to answer my e mails and phone calls before finally admitting they had not received my online reservation or credit card details. Not wanting to take another chance at giving my credit card details on the net again to them, I booked through Agoda and received a cheaper rate and much better response!!!
Shopping Tip : Very good shopping mall in the hotel complex

very nicely located next to Subway MRT. I reached at 10 and asked the staff for a Pharmacy they called a cab and took me 20 mins away from the hotel while I could just walk to a another branded pharmacy in 5 mins which was next to the hotel... Good Hotel, Good Price Dont ask anything from the staff and you would be fine.
Travel tip : As mentioned dont ask staff anything the subway is 2 mins walk and they will tell you to take a cab. Infact you can see the subway from outside the main door.

The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished. It feels like home. The staff are courteous. It has Japanese restaurant which I like. I like the hotel, its ambience and all. There is nothing I don't like. Its convenience, being next to the MRT. Changing at Sukhumvit to link to BTS line will get you almost all the interesting shopping malls and places. Good for business traveller as well, especially if you can't speak Thai. Being located next to IT Mall means you can get almost everyting at your doorstep. This is especially when you need something urgently.

Clean, spacious, convenient location, decent room service food Stinky room, expensive and slow internet service Overall the room is clean and spacious, however, when we first walked into the room, it smelled like smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room. The location of the hotel is convenient, because it has a mall connected to its building. And the hotel is accessible to the sky train service. The in-room food service is decent. It didn't take too long for them to serve the food. and the food tasted fine. The part of the stay that really disappointed me was the internet service, not only was it expensive but it was not wireless and it was very slow given the charged price. In conclusion, I would rate this hotel as a mediocre stay. I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a convenient location to stay.

Business center, Convenient, many facilities The hotel is situated in the center of bangkok,but yet far from common din, the MRT is just front of the door. Many shopping next to the hotel. Room are tidy.

So easy to and from the airport at all times of the day . Metro outside the front door The decor is a little tired. Internet very expensive even in the business lounge. The check in check out process couldn't be easier. Having booked through Agoda we were treated like friends and we had zero to pay, no extras added.
The hotel is very conveniently located for the Chinese visa office (just around the corner) and the metro ( outside the front door). We visited the Jim Thomson house by Metro/ BTS and it couldn't have been easier. The attached mall is also convenient for banks/ ATMs and food court/ foot massages etc

Connected to a large mall, MRT (subway) station right next to the hotel The hotel is very conveniently located next to MRT (subway) station. It is also connected to Fortune Town mall with a great selection of restaurants and shops. One of the best places for computer and photo shopping in Bangkok. Rooms are basic, but fairly clean. Good aircon and bedding. Excellent buffet breakfast, reasonably priced at 360 baht.
Shopping Tip : The best IT and photo mall shopping in Bangkok at Fortune IT Mall. Huge selection of computers, accessories, DVDs, software, cameras and mobile phones. Much less stressful than Pantip Plaza

clean and nice with decoration of picture and flowers. I couldnt find the tooth brush but it is OK for environment protection and health protection. The hotel looks old but still clean. room service is good, staff there is cheerful and helpful.I stay only 1 day N night there, may be no view all service but for me it is good, next time if travel to BKK I will stay there again.
Hotel Feature Tip : some of the receptionist need to improve their English.

Good Location, Good Service From Bellboys Old Hotel, Bed too old and too hard Good location with shopping mall next to it. Jusco, Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut, Food court, coffee chains all within reach, linked to hotel even if it rains. Subway, Phram 9 infront of Hotel. Not too far from Siam and MBK if going by taxi. Not too far from airport also by cab.

Rude unhelpful reception. Check in after late arrival from airport. Treated my partner as second class citizen because she is Thai. Booking made for both of us several weeks ago, her name was on the booking and we both traveled from Hong Kong. Rooms ok but nothing special. On check out we were charged for the throwaway slippers from the room. There is definitely much better in Bangkok.

A convenient place and center next to Train shop's
plenty of things to do I have stayed here before and I like the convenient train service in to Bangkok I also like the Shops connected to the Hotel for Tesco Food Travel shops also places for Face Nails. The rooms are big and plenty of room good fast lift service easy to to book in and out. I will be back.

No Faults that I can think of -- excellent 12th floor pool and lounge area, both breakfast & diner buffets excellent -- service excellent anytime needed and room well appointed My friend and I checked in early evening and found everything ready and excellent and the buffet dinner was also varied and excellent quality and, next day, tried the pool facilities and found those to be top quality and, being on the 12th floor, peaceful with a view.
Didn't try room service but suspect it would be excellent as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : large eating & shopping center adjacent and accessible inside while Metro access is within a hundred yards to go elsewhere
