the staff are very good from the guy who orders a taxi up through the ranks reception staff speak english very well, the rooms in this hotel are large modern very clean a big bonus is every thing works, fresh coffee machine, the restuarant is very well run breakfast is superb. the club lounge and executive floors are great, fast internet. the easy cheke out also.location is great one street off the main sukumvitt, siam paragan central world and emporium close by all in all a first class hotel

A clean and stylish hotel with comfortable rooms in neutral palette. Well-equipped bathrooms and a good breakfast. After accidentally getting locked out of the room it took three calls and a personal visit to reception before anybody came - over half an hour later. This is a comfortable and well-equipped hotel in a very convenient location. Although the hotel was full at the time of our visit the breakfast was efficient and the buffet fully stocked at all times. The food was very good and the beds extremely comfortable with soft comforters under the sheet. Our rooms were upgraded and very spacious.

Staff very attentive and helpful. Hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. Facilities excellent. location is very good with easy access to great food, shopping, tourist attractions and entertainment. I have never had a bad experience staying here on regular business trips over the last 3 years.
The staff is very accommodating, happy to assist you, polite and well groomed. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of healthy options to choose from. The executive lounge and it's benefits are well worth the extra price of accommodation.
There is often very good live music in the lobby bar. I've brought my 13 yr old daughter along and she loves the place. Comparable hotels in the USA would be 3 - 5 times the price.
Travel tip : The hotel is just a short walk to the BTS sky train and MRT subway stations. The MRT subway entrance allows you to cross Asoke Rd. underground, safely avoiding the traffic and you're right at the sky train entrance escalator as you exit.
