Location, interior is awesome, great hotel staff too busy to attend in the reception area, abit pricey The hotel overall is great such as the interior of the lobby and the room. Bathroom is modern, rooms are big. The only thing is that too pricey, internet cost a bomb, and staff too busy to attend guest. Location is really great as walking distant to MRT and BTS, actually one of the best 5 star hotel in terms of location in centre of Bangkok

conveniently located & offers good breakfast I have been using this hotel for quite some time now but this hotel is stil my number choice. The hotel is conveniently lacate at Sukhumvit.
Also, the hotel is relatively new and the conditons are maintained Ok.
It's not exactly a "5 star" hotel, but with the service and the hotel which they offer at their price offering , you can't complain.
