A luxurious room in a good location. The hotel caters to business visitors who outnumber the regular tourist. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The lobby bar has a great drinks list. Breakfast and wifi were not part of the room cost which was a little disappointing. There are two entrances to this hotel with local eateries and laundries easily accessed. Public transport is only a few steps away although the hotel is happy to organise a taxi. The rooms are definitely worth a visit with the layout and the fixtures simply lovely.

Great hotel with a good location
New and big room with huge bathroom, great location close to BTS and shopping mall (Terminal 21)

hotel is new and classy, room is huge with a large bathroom well-equipped with standing shower, bath tub and toilet.
hotel is located right opposite the new mall (terminal 21) and is only 5 min walk away from bts station. one can also walk to nana district (approx 10 to 15 mins walk) to get a feel of the vibrant nightlife.

This is one of the best deals in Bangkok. Great location, great hotel, great price. I stayed in an executive floor room this time since I was there for business. They provide a free 1/2 hour jet lag massage if you stay on that floor, and it was very nice. The bed this hotel provides is one of the most comfortable I've ever enjoyed. I also like the large work desk they provide. The gym is quite good and open 24 hours. The breakfast buffet is very tasty (although they don't have the french toast anymore for some reason)
The only real drawback to this hotel is the swimming pool being so small.

Great hotel with nice spacious room. Close proximity to bts skytrain and terminal 21. What i didn't enjoy was at check in the reception was relentlessly trying to get me to upgrade, as breakfast and wifi were not included.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The Executive Club lounge was brilliant and well worth the money. They have delicious food available all day. The staff a very attentive.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's close to the MRT and BTS and also the airport express train.
The only disappointments were the pool, it's quite small and shallow. There is also a new building being constructed next door and it is overshadowing the pool area and there's a lot of noise. Also, the wifi didn't work all the way into the room. Sometimes I had to sit on the ground near the door to the room to pick up enough signal strength.
