Very contemporary + modern hotel.Top notch amenities - similar to The Westin in offerings.
Near BED SUPPER club (popular bar/dance club) + bars (Aussies, Japanese, etc). Need to take a cab. A row of massage places behind hotel. Great deal thru Agoda.

Clean, modern, great location We have recently returned from the Grand Millenium Bangkok. The location, near the sky train (BTS) is very convenient, especially in the blazing heat which feels like a sauna. The room - Grand Deluxe, was spacious, modern and very clean. Surprisingly for us breakfast was included so on our 3rd day we tried it - the food was of a very high quality. The lunch specials in the noodle bar for 99 BAHT (£2) were awesome. We didn't have time to try the spa services, just the sauna/steam room which were very good indeed.
We rented the hotel car (BMW) with driver for a couple day trips, it was the best way to see the temples, in comfort and on our own timetable.
All in all the Grand Millenium is a great hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it if you're planning a trip to Bangkok.
We will surely stay here again when we return to Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip : If it's pouring with rain or just too hot to walk down the road to the Skytrain, just dash across the road directly in front of the hotel and enter the Metro where you can walk in air-conditioned comfort all the way to the Skytrain stop!

Nice modern rooms
Very good service Not much choice in restaurants
Busy location Hotel staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Rooms were modern and very nice. Only negative for me was the location - lots of heavy traffic in the location.

The Grand Millienium has a fantastic glass sail at the front of the hotel. The pool area was lovely, so calming. The gym had everything we wanted for our stay. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of everything, really enjoyed this. We had a bedroom on the executive floor which wasn't exactly a cheap room, but found that the carpet was marked and didn't give the room that special feel to it. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Grand Millienium Hotel, we went for a long weekend so tried to do to much in the time. Our room was on the executive floor so we had access to the lounge, this was a bit disappointing as the lounge wasn't being used to it's full extent, breakfast was served in another restaurant and also evening cocktails where in other hotels you would have these in the executive lounge. The bedroom was kept very clean this couldn't be faulted. The hotel was very well situated, within walking distance to the MRT and Skyrail, also in walking distance were many restaurants and shops.

For the past 10 trips to BKK, i have been using this hotel. I like the fact that the hotel is very conveniently located to BTS and MRT. Also, the price that the hotel offer is reasonable. I can not find the reason to change my choice. Will I come back again. Most likely "yes".

love the room , very modern and the bathroom is so cool. not a very helpful and friendly staff and I have to wait for 3 and a half hours for check in during to my early flight . I love the hotel but I probably would not go back and stay there again because I found the location is a bit far from everything else even though the Bts station is only a few minutes walk but I thought the staffs were that friendly and helpful at all , may be that was due to my early check in .

Location, room, staff, everything. Really is a great hotel, everything is like a dream, great room, excellent location, near the Sky train, the staff is really great so you feel like if you were in your home.

Bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. General decor - too brown. No feather pillows available. Limited transport to airport. Only expensive limousine. Millenium feels more like a 4* business hotel than 5* . Hotel has no character and the decor seems a bit dated. Room amenities were ok but no master switch for lighting. The bathroom was well laid out and had an upmarket look. I asked for feather pillows and told there were none - first time for me in a 5* hotel.

The food was delicious and the variety was good; Desk clerks were very friendly; rooms were clean. The furnitures were not that much comfortable. A very important ad great thing about this hotel is that "everything was in its place." The "order" is a high priority for me and fortunately I could find it in there. Next point is the great view which we enjoyed during our stay.
The food was great; people were so nice there; and all the services were good. Just one negative point was that there were some mosquitoes that did not let us to have rest sometimes. Also, some furnitures such as bed was not comfortable enough. I think the softer, the better. But generally, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a reliable place for staying

Great shower, clean.
Good service Overall good place to stay in BKK. The location is excellent due to proximity of the train. Easy access to other parts of the city. The staff is helpful specially the porters. The staff at the counter are OK. No interest in upgrading your room despite me being a repeat customer. (5 times in BKK) Breakfast prices are too high. Japanese restaurant is good. The rooms are clean. There is charge for internet use, the pool is OK, limited shade and since it is on the roof, gets very hot.
Travel tip : Best thing is the location.

Location, 100 meters to skytrain and bts, Luxurious rooms Hallways, expensive internet and breakfast The location of the hotel is great with the public transportation only 100 meters away. The hallways were very warm and confining. The rooms on the other hand are very luxurious and gorgeous. There is a internet connection in the room but the cost is outrageous 250 bath for an hour. The breakfast is very nice but at 800 bath it should be served with golden spoons, better you go eat outside the hotel.

Service, standard, security I and my wife stayed 3 nights and found the hotel to be an excellent choice. The standard of our room was very high, we found absolutely nothing to complain about. Breakfast was great and we also had a very tasty and price-worthy dinner one night.
Check-in and out and luggage-handling was very fast and smooth. All the staff were very nice and serviceminded to us and we got very good support from the transportation and trip desk.
The atmosphere in the jazz-lounge was very nice and relaxed and the band was good.
All together, an excellent choice, we will be back!

reasonable pricing and good location This is probably my 4th stay in the last 5 month. The location of the hotel is very convenient sinc e it is located near both the sky train and the MRT. I also like the fact the hotel provides similar services and accomodation to so called "5 star" hotels but with half the price.
