Location and friendly staff
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Millennium. The hotel is conveniently located near both the subway and Skytrain, making transport around the major areas of Bangkok very easy. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and assisted us with multiple requests. The rooms are well designed and we loved the separate bath and shower (which had both a rain shower and handheld nozzle). We also enjoyed the evening buffet which had a reasonable and multi-country selection. Overall a very enjoyable stay and good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is more difficult to get tuk tuks than in other areas of Bangkok so beat the traffic by taking the Skytrain or subway. It looks like the hotel will also be convenient for the airport rail link once it opens to the public.

Check in is very slow and unfriendly reception staffs (except the guys work by the door and call taxis for you).
Nice hotel overall but staffs at the check-in desk are slow. They do nothing even when you stood in front of them for few minutes waiting to check in. We need to ask first in order to get helps. And if you are Asian girl with darker skin, they may think you are the bar girls from next door. You will not get the nice greeting + they will give you a strange look. It happened to me ( I'm not thai and actually I'm the one paying for the room) when I was there with my husband.

The views were fantastic, customer service was A+. Good location.
It was a little pricey but you expect it if you want quality.
This was my first time staying at the Grand Millennium & i would recommend it to anyone especially for honeymooners or business trips. The location was convenient as it had access to the main road, Asoke BTS station & the MTR. The hotel being only 1 yr old was clean, spacious & very modern. The views were fantastic & the service was excellent. Our flight were scheduled at night so they give us complimentary longer stay. Security wise its very secure as the lift were using top of the range technology. Its one hotel i would highly recommend & would definitely return again & again.
Nightlife Tip : If you walk further out you will reach nana where all the bars are located. There is also a few bars located near the hotel off the side street.

Hotel has a nice looking and relax ambiance.
Reception: service OK but concerned person has really bad mood at ten in the morning. What about the "country smile".
house keeping.
room bins not empty from previous client.
removing bathrobes not replaced.
remove personnel belonging .
It was our 3td stay in this hotel since the opening. we noticed that the service is going down at each time. The service provided with the room does not show anymore a 5 stars standard. i do not recommend this hotel for who want stay in this area.

Good location, Nice rooms.
Good, modern hotel well located and a very nice room with king size bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice if a little expensive and the buffet breakfast was most expansive taking in most styles of food. All in all a good choice for a short stay in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : We went to BMG (?) centre for shopping as advised by hotel, we got there and were told by a tout it was closed until 2pm and to go to a Govt Gem centre, it was not closed and a trick to get you to attend these centres.

Fresh property, great pool, gym, spa. Very diverse and delicious breakfast buffet.
From the doorman to the front desk, to the spa, gym and all points inbetween, I felt welcomed and appreciated by all staff. Was on the 20th floor; terriffic view, great bathroom with glass walls (shades for the shy) and a very comfortable "long" bathtub.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the Sky Train ( within 3 blocks) to the river, and a river taxi to Wat Po- after touring sign up for a Thai massage (2 hours is best) at the massage school there.

Room, breakfast, location.
No laptop/internet desk top available.
This is a new hotel with a good location, nice rooms and equipped with a fast and quiet air condition. We enjoyed the new years dinner at the second floor, 2300 Baht/person including drinks. We stayed 2 nights and are satisfied with the hotel - nothing particular or special but a modern, clean and reasonable priced hotel with a good location - only five minutes walk to the Skytrain and the Subway.
Some taxi drivers had problem to find the hotel because the hotel was established 2008.

Courteous staff, wonderful design features, top of the line linen, electronics, etc.
WONDERFUL breakfast!!
My partner had some considerable difficulty booking a tour of Bangkok over 2 days - when she arrived, she was told it was cancelled. However the manager was phoned (and awoken from bed) and bent over backwards to accomodate her every request. Kudos!
The Grand Millenium Hotel off Sukhumvit is a most convenient place to stay - a true 5 ***** hotel with a heart! We spent a fantastic New Year's Eve there and were made to feel like part of the family. It is this that makes the hotel a place where I will frequent again and again!
The plunge pool and amazing gym are incredibly motivating. A wonderful place for singles, couples or families!

Wonderful pool on the sixth floor, beautiful lobby, room was very clean with exquisite modern bathroom.
Location on Sukhumvit Soi 21 is ok, but it is a bit of a walk to restaurants and bars.
The hotel itself was very beautiful and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the pool on the roof of the sixth floor. It offered a great view of the city, as well as a nice place to unwind after a day out in the Bangkok heat. The location of the hotel is ok; it is near the BTS, which was great for travel purposes. It is, however, a bit of a walk out to bars and restaurants on Sukhumvit.
Nightlife Tip : I live in Bangkok and love going to the Sport Corner on Sukhumvit Soi 20 (a short walk away from the hotel). Tim and his staff are very friendly and the crowd is a nice mix of expats and travelers.

the lush interiors and warm notes of our room were very welcoming. the privileges that come with the club executive suite were very fetching.
the lighting in the lobby area of the room was less and the areas outside the room were hot.
the hotel staff is very genuinely friendly, the in house dining is superb. as we were there on the new years eve, we enjoyed dancing away till wee hours of the night. the bathing area in the room was very well defined and the views from the window were stunning. the interiors of the room as well as the hotel i.e. the reception, the lounge, the breakfast cafe all were tastefully done.

Very good to move in Bangkok as close to subway and monorail station. The staffs of the hotel were very friendly.
The price were too expensive compared the room. The composition of breakfast were almost the same everyday and just a few to choose.
I am afraid I will not choose this hotel again if the price are the same.

Very comfortable bed, beautiful decor, interesting bathroom. Breakfast court was first class.
Outrageously expensive internet service.
The Grand Millenium is a newer hotel and is a very inviting place to stay. Central location was convenient, the staff performance was excellent, no room odors. I slept like a log on the mattress which appeared to have a feather topping and a down comforter. The exercise room was very comprehensive. The only time I felt ripped off was when I had to use the high speed internet.
Hotel Feature Tip : Internet cafe is around the corner. Don't encourage the hotel's unreasonable fee for high speed internet service.
