The hotel was very close to the airport. The pick up was efficient and very curtious. For the rate, the rooms are very decent. The hotel is a small one but the place is very clean. Unfortunately, no much activities near the area. Ideal for a transit passenger. They offer taxi's for BKK , however, its bit too expensive. its much easier to go via pubmic transport. Will recommend to any transit passenger

Friendly staff and free shuttle service to the airport when you check out
Have to pay 50baht to get the wifi access code
I used this hotel for a 1 night stop in between flights. The room was very clean and comfortable and close to the airport. Will definitely be using this hotel again when i need a stop over

Excellent response to needs, information, and requests
Not in a very salubrious area, but what can you expect for the price
Before I left England I had an excellent dialogue about my needs, which included my lady, who is Thai, being allowed to occupy the room before my arrival. That was ok. But my only negative in this contact was that I expected somebody with " Grand Pinnacles" on a board to be waiting at the Exit gate. Only after speaking to the airport Information desk did they direct me to Gate 3, where I finally saw such a board. From there my transfer, free, to the hotel was efficient. My lady had been waiting in comfort, the room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was adequate. One last plus is the friendly music bar which serves food in the evening.
