A day at the Grand Pinnacle Hotel, near Suvarnabhu
Conveniently located near Suvarnabhumi, so good for the guest who is in transit. Friendly service, helpful staff.

The Grand Pinnacle is located about 12 - 13 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Int'l airport, Bangkok. Free transfers are good (though when booking through Agoda this isn't apparent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nuch and Sa did their best to answer all our questions and point things out to us. If you're looking to kill some time, probably best to catch a taxi or moto to a spot closer to the tourist action. It's about 180 baht to the Siam Centre.
Restaurant Tip:
Nice Japanese restaurant only 2 minutes on foot. Reasonably priced.

Grand Pinnacle hotel - a review
It is fairly close to the airport.

The hotel is close enough to the hotel - within about a ten minute drive. The room was fairly clean. The staff at the hotel was friendly. But, the airport pickup experience was bad, the wireless internet connection was unusable, breakfast was a bust. If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, there should be better choices.

Cheap hotel, clean, close to Subv. Airport and they provide transportation to & from airport included in hotel price!

Clean hotel with english speaking front desk person. They provide transportation to & from SV airport for free. They took very good care of me, found me in the airport and also took me back to the airport at 3:30 a.m. Domestic flights go to Gate 3 information, Intl flights go to gate 5 and ask. Its a little hard to find the shuttle but they go out of their way to provide good service. They have free internet as well and the rooms are great for a sleepover when you are leaving or getting to Bangkok. 15 minutes from airport.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They provide transport to & from airport, only 15 minutes away from Suv. Airport.

Ok for transit passangers
Close to airport. Free transfer. Good basic rooms. Friendly very helpful staff

Not quit what I was expecting based on the website description and photos. It's more down market than it appears although very clean and comfortable. Taxi to skytrain late at night was 200Bt but closer stations will be more convenient for getting to city as new and extended line open very soon. If you are just in transit it's fine and car transfer leaves when you need it. As others have said if you are arriving there in a taxi seems to be hard find so use the hotel transfer only. They have a map but my driver and another struggled to understand it. Staff are very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Will be close to a station on the new airport line due to open very soon which makes this a good general accommodation option for visiting Bangkok

Grand Pinnacle Hotel-Suvarnabhumi
Clean,basic,friendly,helpful 'Airport' Hotel with free reliable transport to/from Airport. Quiet, but good 'transit' location with choice of 'restaurants'/bars within 5 mins. walk. Shower/TV/AirCon. all worked well.

We were tired after 24 hours travelling-needed good clean efficient transit hotel near Airport. We were lucky--we found it. No frills-just good value for money hotel with helpful staff. No need to find extra baht -and search/wait for taxi(and worry about rip off)- the free shuttle was waiting and we were at hotel within 10 minutes-AND much needed good shower soon after. Basic/ample room was quiet, yet hotel is only c 30 yards from main road with some bars/restaurants etc. Would happily recommend Grand Pinnacle to any normal person wanting hassle free basic/clean transit accomodation near Suvarnabhumi Airport. Can be in Bkk. within 35 mins in the morning.

This hotel is situated near to the bangkok international airport. They provide free shutter van to airport and also morning call in the morning to make sure we don't miss out flight.
The bathroom need a lot improvement and the water coming out from the shower is not strong at all, like dripping water.

The Pinnacle Airport

They do pick you up so you save a taxi ride. The bed wasn't bad, it's one night and go for most people here, it's on the outskirts of Bangkok. People are friendly and the place is clean. The rooms are small but well laid out and it includes a decent breakfast, nothing fancy.They have internet right there in the restaurant.
Shopping Tip:
7-11 close by, across highway.

The hotel was very close to the airport. The pick up was efficient and very curtious. For the rate, the rooms are very decent. The hotel is a small one but the place is very clean. Unfortunately, no much activities near the area. Ideal for a transit passenger. They offer taxi's for BKK , however, its bit too expensive. its much easier to go via pubmic transport. Will recommend to any transit passenger

I used this hotel for a 1 night stop in between flights. The room was very clean and comfortable and close to the airport. Will definitely be using this hotel again when i need a stop over

i was in bangkok for i day and i found that this hotel is the best to spend all day inthat erae the service is above thinking i told i had proplem with my knee they give me the best room ground level right away and they been asking me all the time if i need help they were so nice
