Closer to Airport, Free Airport Transfers. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of the staff members carried our luggage to our room. Having stayed at this hotel only for 5 hrs can't really comment on nearby restaurants or markets. Convenient for short stays, I definitely recommend this hotel for stop overs rather than paying over $100 for the Airport hotel. As you don’t have to pay for Airport Transfers, this hotel would be a good choice over the Airport hotel.

the staff seem to be polite and friendly but they didn't give us much privacy as they kept on calling the room to see if we needed a wake up call. they still rang in the morning anyway to tell us to come to breakfast.... what hotel calls you to attend breakfast??! this is crazy! we were trying to sleep! breakfast consisted of a slice of toast, a fried egg and one sausage which was brought out to you by a cook in the kitchen. there was nothing else to choose from. only good thing is that it is close to the airport and is fine for a stop over before flying home.
Travel tip:
arrange airport transfer with the hotel before you fly there.

This hotel provide a free transport services from airport to hotel and this is very convenience for us just taken abt 10min from airport to hotel . This really can save time for looking for a hotel .

there is mosquito in guest room. take taxi only 15 minutes from Suvannaphumi airport to hotel. good free of charge transfer from hotel to airport. there is Thai restuarant with live song play and selling Thai-North east food near the hotel by walking, not expensive food.

It's quite no frills but fine for a few hours snooze while in transit between flights in/out of Bangkok. The rooms are basic but clean with large comfy beds and there is cable TV in plenty of languages. Some dining options within walking distance if you don't want room service though menu prices looked reasonable. However the airport pick-up did not appear even when reminded via email beforehand. And so I had to take a taxi there. The driver didn't know where it was (or pretended not to know) as it is not very clearly marked on a side street so it ended up being over 100 baht when the airport info has advised it would only be about 70 baht to get there. They did however provide a timely wake up call and shuttle service back to the airport for free.

The hotel is very modern and clean with all the standard amenities provided. The staff was also very accommodating to help in any way asked and to provide extra things we needed for our baby's comfort. The very close proximity to the airport with the free shuttle service to and fro is the best reason to stay here. It's a very convenient place when flying and the Siam City Park, the crocodile farm, and other attractions are all nearby for a day's excursion away from Bangkok. I would recommend this hotel to others and will stay again myself next time flying to or from Suvannabhum.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They had a rocking crib as well as provided an electric kettle for making milk and sanitizing bottles for our baby.

If you have a flight next day, better to stay here. If visit Bangkok you would better stay here as well because this hotel gives you nice breakfast, it would be your travel preparetion.

Good quick stay
Close to the airport and a cozy room! great staff, and service was excellent.

The hotel was a quick pic for me and my girl and it was close to the airport. Hopefully you come during the day because taxi drivers won't take you because it's too close to the airport. All the drivers at night said they don't know where the hotel is. The hotel's great, and check if they'll pick you up because apparently they provide transportation and breakfast with Agoda. We received the breakfast but the transportation was a little too late for us to find out.
