The room is clean, service is ok, breakfast is simple but the worst thing is the noise, it's really difficult to get a gd sleep as there are planes flying from 5am with the chickens yelling...won't recommend if u a the person easily wake up

Difficult to find, small hotel
Friendly staff, simple but good breakfast
6.3
This place is difficult to find and not known to most taxi drivers and locals. Be sure you are send to the right place, we whee send to the "Miracle" two times instead of the "pinnacle".
As all hotels in this area the hotel is ok for an overnight stay if you just arrive or leave from the airport and you don't want a big inpersonal place. Not much to do in the area, the hotels are all similar and the price is about the same too...
We had a room with breakfast included, this was simple but good and fresh. The room was very small and a bit smelly from the furniture...but clean enough.

Perfect in transit hotel.
Very close to airport with free transfer.
Friendly staff. OK rooms for a decent price.

Keep in mind this is a 2-3 star hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean rooms and nice staff. Aircon, TV, fridge and hot shower. That's all I need for a night before an early flight. Wouldn't stay more than one night though. The area is not very interesting. Free transfer to/from airport. Takes about 10 minutes. There's a computer with internet available in the lobby. All in all, this is a good hotel for the money.
Travel tip:
This hotel is for sleeping. Not much to do in the area. For fun: Taxi to Bangkok.

overall satisfied
Price, location, room cleanliness. The value is exceptional, as with the low room rate you get taxi service (see complaint below) and free breakfast.

The only problem I had with this hotel was the pick-up at the airport. This did not occur, and I consequently took a taxi (which took me to the wrong hotel and over-charged me). The hotel desk clerk told me that the request was misplaced . I was informed that I could have the Information Counter at the airport call the hotel, which I did on my next (domestic) flight. I plan to keep the hotel email address (and phone number) so that I can contact them directly the next time I stay there.

This is a decent hotel very close to the Bangkok International Airport. They offer a free airport transfer to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The bar is fully stocked and they have 24 hour room service if you want lunch or dinner.

Convenient
Return airport transfer provided, close to airport, ideal for a 1 night stop over. Friendly staff.
6.7
We were greeted by friendly staff at the airport, which meant a good start to our holiday. The hotel is small, room was clean and of a comfortable size. The bed can be improved, for a more comfortable sleep. All staff were friendly and helpful with our queries. This made up for the hotel’s short coming.

Convenient and Friendly
close to the airport, friendly staff, good cable TV selection, strong air conditioner
8.7
The staff was at the airport to greet me, although we had to wait for another guest, she made it comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport, so close you can see the jets flying overhead. The breakfast was ok, bread, eggs and meat. Some of the world's most notorious red light areas are a short taxi ride away.
Travel tip:
close to airport for late night/early morning departures without having to worry about Bangkok's traffic or finding a taxi.

Great Budget Hotel Near Airport
Proximity to International airport.
Free transfer to and from airport.
Great staff.
7.3
A great budget hotel very near airport that provides free transfer from and to airport. The staff are fantastic! Very polite and helpful and speak good English. Cheap wifi available. The breakfast included in the price was ok. Not much around the hotel, and hotel itself is hidden in a small soi behind another hotel. Some small Thai style eateries and street food around, 7/11 just across the main road. Need to take a taxi if you want to get to entertainment areas (about 150 baht to Sukhumvit). Fantastic value and great staff. Will stay again if want a budget hotel near airport.
Nightlife Tip:
No nightlife around the hotel, need to catch a taxi into Sukhumvit for this at around 150 - 200 baht.

Restful Experience at the Grand Pinnacle in BKK
The attention in collecting me at the airport was especially comforting, with the quick ride to the hotel. The manager is quite friendly and eager to furnish any need. Since I was a lone senior, female traveler, I was reassurred by the staff attention and felt secure without danger.

Beginning with the airport meeting place to check out at 'dark thirty' in the morning, each staff person was friendly and accomodating to my every need. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quiet, restful place to spend a short night in transit. I have now stayed at the Grand Pinnacle three times and have never been disappointed. It is a great bargain for the money, especially with staff being so very pleasant. The breakfast was good when I was able to stay long enough to take advantage of it and was offered tea and toast when I had to get to the airport before they started serving. I have encouraged my daughter and her family, who live in Laos, to utilize this hotel on their next transit out of Southeast Asia to visit.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Small and quiet with clean rooms and attentive staff.
