Very unpleasant hotel
There was nothing I liked about this hotel

The worst hotel I have stayed in. This hotel is badly in need of refurbishment, bad odors in the corridors and rooms. I suggest Agoda who I rate very highly have a serious look at this hotel before recommending to their customers.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good pool

I was upgraded on arrival and although in tower 3. Which I think is the oldest, the room was good design and everything you need plus good quick wifi. I found the pool a pleasure and the gym quiet so perfect. The area is busy and right in the thick of all the action but you can take it or leave it recommended for a few days as you can relax round the pool.

The Grand President is a good choice to be right in the Bangkok action. I always stay in the Soi 11 area. TONS of restaurants and shopping in a 10 minute radius. Rooms have been updated recently and are clean. The internet only supports one person at a time. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it's split into 3 towers, each with their own pools (which is great), but then for breakfast they cram everyone into one tiny restaurant. Terribly over crowded breakfast.

hotel was over booked and couldnt give us the room we had paid for, only after much discussion i got an upgrade which wasnt much better, our 2 sons had to stay in a seperate tower block which caused problems when we needed to go to their room because of different pass cards required for different towers

A little overpriced hotel is outdated needs upkeep
Location, friendly staff - booked limo's were ontime and expensive.
