Opportunistic . Horrible room service management

Stayed here just before the lunar new year, when I tried to extend my stay they raised the room rates times 20 to over 1000 usd. The room service manage management has a horrible totally unacceptable attitude !!!! Woke once early and decided to stay awake to order room service at 6 am as advertised in their menu, after not receiving an answer I called the front desk to order room service, I was transferred to a better English speaking woman who informed me that room service wasn't available until 9 or 10 am and if I wanted room service it would be an additional charge doubling the cost. When I pointed out that's not what their menu advertised she basically told me sorry that's the way it is! Her attitude ruined my stay.

stayed in the premier room. no mini bar. no refill for the bathroom
afacilities e.g. shower gel, bathroom tissue etc.. they didn't even provide
toothbrush!! above all they demanded baht for one single night!! and
consequently we checked out next morning.

Good service and great location

We stayed in the smaller building across the Road from the reception and the rooms are smaller but have a big fridge for stocking up on drinks from seven/eleven. We have stayed at this hotel before and as we were only here for one night did not bother trying to get moved back across the road to one of the main towers. I think hotel is good value without breakfast and it's always busy. I also think soi 11 is vibrant and has everything you need if dont want to travel too far.
Nightlife Tip:
stay on soi 11 and have a drink at one of the vw campervan bars you meet some interesting people and they are cheaper than the hotels and bars.

The hotel has three building (towers), one of which is across the street and every morning we had come all the way to tower 1 from breakfast. Not Nice!!!
Also our room had couple of pillar (one in bathroom, on ein bedroom)which was not good.
Also they can need to work hard on their breakfast spread; If you have visited other places in Thailand and had breakfast there, you would be very disappointed with their spread.
Shopping Tip:
The terminal 21 mall is 5 minutes from the hotel. If you want high end fashion, this is your place to go.

if you like to feel and smell Bankok, this hotel has a great location in the center of Bangkok, the hotel staff is very helpful and smilly. the rooms are o.k. and comfort, in total its a very good value for money. it is a family friendly hotel and highly recommended.

Good location for sightseeing in Bangkok

the hotel is quite large and located in a busy street in bangkok. there are lots of restaurants, food carts, convenience stores located nearby. the hotel has 3 pool, one on the roof of each tower. the pools are not very big but we were in tower 3 and it was rarely busy up by the pool.
the breakfast buffet was great, lots of selection (the most i have seen at any hotel in all of asia). at times it was busy but we never waited to get a seat and there was always lots of food.
the room was fairly spacious and comfortable.
the location of the hotel, a 2 minute walk from the mrt station is great. if coming from the airport get off at nana station. if you get lost (which you shouldn't cause the hotel is very close) ask one of the million tuk-tuk drivers and they will point you in the right direction.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure if your flight out is with Air Asia you go to the right airport, we made the mistake of going to the large international airport because we have taken a flight with the before from this airport. They now operate out of a smaller international airport about 15 minutes from this hotel.
