Always a great place to stay, friendly and clean

I have stayed here many times and the hotel have nice and clean rooms.The Junior suites are big rooms with all facilities. Breakfast buffet is very good and there is a swimming pool in all 3 towers.
Close to BTS if you want to explore Bangkok. Good night life on Sukhumvit and many very good Thai and international restaurants a step away.
Overall very good value for money.
Nightlife Tip:
Close to Nana and soi Cowboy as well as Patpong.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and everything was wonderful, from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. The room and breakfast was quite good and the restaurant manager need to be commended for his exceptional wonderful service. However, the air-conditioner in my room (269 in Tower 3) was too cold and the temperature could not be adjusted as the control console was not working.
Restaurant Tip:
The Rosabeing Restaurant just opposite the hotel as very good, especially if you like Thai food.

Well appointed hotel in a wonderful location with great staff except for one rude female English speaking front desk staff that seems to be there all the time! She put a bad taste in my mouth when I was transferred to her when I had a problem with misleading room service hours.
Restaurant Tip:
Japanese restaurant in tower # 2 is great!

The best location if you're interested in night life and sight seeing. 1/2 block from sky train and 4 blocks from subway and buses. You won't find a better concierge service!! Great English, friendly and anxious to help!

Would recommend this hotel to others - though the room did need an update i.e. kitchen tap needed fixing and a new paint job would help. Otherwise, everything else was sufficient. I only had 2 & 1/2 nights there and found the location was handy to everything - seeing as it's located on a soi off the main Sukhumvit Road.

I am sorry to say i have no positives for this hotel , it may be better in towers 1&2 ? but 3 was not good .
Drirty ,old , small in bad need of up grade/make over.
Lift took for ever .
was going to stop 3 nights ,but i only stop one night.

Location is near entertainment , metro and sky train. A very nice mall is a five minute walk along Sukhumvit at Asok skytrain station. Buffet breakfast is not very fresh. The Six dollar cost would be better spend on the many street food stalls outside the hotel on Soi 11.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
National museum is only recommended if you wish to see a load of stolen Khmer statues mostly from Angkor Wat.
