Clean, smart, good location If getting a cab you need to walk out to the main road as the soi can get very congested. Tucked in Soi 6 a great location - walking distance to the Sky train and to Sukhumvit. A great Irish pub close by on Soi 6. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when we would stop into the restaurant for a night cap. I would stay in this hotel again when in Bangkok.

We can recommend this hotel it is convenient to the BTS Nana station. On arrival we experienced a very friendly and professional welcome by all staff. The quality, decor and inclusions were excellent. The buffet breakfast had a fast choice to suite all tastes. We would definately book again. It is located in a back street, but this was not a deterent After travelling for five weeks through Jordan/Israel and Egypt this hotel was the best of all as regards to staff attentiveness, room quality. The room was very spacious with every inclusion one would normally wish to have. Well done Agoda our stay was just what we needed to recharge our batteries for our final leg home.
Restaurant Tip : Excellent sea food restaurant, turn left on leaving hotel next at T turn right it is a few doors along.

2. If you stay in the silver or premium room ( on the west wings ), the air condition is a bit noisy Overall speaking I have a very good experience staying in this hotel. I booked the silver premium room, but after I checked in I found the air-con is so noisy to a uncomfortable level. After 2 times complain the hotel upgrade me to the suite. I have to say the suite is totally different with the standard room, I mean not only the spacious, but also every detail in the room. To be frank the standard room doesn't worth this money, the facility is so old and the room is not clean ( yeah I m a picky guy )

Great location
Nice rooms Very nice hotel located a few blocks from the night life at Nana plaza. The staff was helpful and friendly. My Thai fiancee was not hastled by the staff. The room was upgraded to a suite and was very nice. It had two plasma tv and a comfortable couch. The buffet is nice but a touch expensive, if all you want are a few eggs and coffee consider ordering off of the ala carte menu. I would stay here again without question.

Close to main shopping centers The area the hotel is in is a bit dodgy, The room service and the people at the front counters were very helpful and polite. The hotel is in very good condition but the floor we stayed was very noisy.
Shopping Tip : Siam Paragon, Central are good malls to go, maybe 70-80 Baths for a Cab ride from the hotel

VERY close to a sky train station.
Clean and spacious.
Concierge 24 hours.
Travel agent works downstairs from 8am-9pm to help give you advice or book any tours. Not much of a night life - restaurants & bars were dead. This hotel was very beautiful. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the great room and bathroom. It was very clean and spacious - enough room for two of us to spread all of our stuff out and get ready without getting in each others' way.
The concierge and travel agent were a lot of help. They gave us great tips on what to see, how to get there, how long it will take to get there, and how much transportation usually costs. We booked a day trip tour to Ayutthaya with the travel agent and were pleased with it. Our guide was a lot of fun and the itinerary covered enough to keep us busy but we were able to leisurely enjoy the sites.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to other people.

lobby was large and inviting and made me feel welcome, the choice of uniform for the staff must have been well thought out as it has just the right feel for the location of this hotel. All the staff right down to the driveway (checkpoint charlie) have a good attitude and nice Yim (smile) Got a 2,000 baht fine for dropping a cig butt into the street, At the hotel there is no outside ashtray to get rid of the cig but before stepping inside. Even in my home do not smoke inside so please put in an ashtray close to the front door the hotel was good, clean, friendly, and the staff just seemed to be right on the ball. Staying in a hotel is more about the feeling that you get rather a roof over your head while away from home. Can stay in crud infested cockroach ridden sleep on the hard floor type place with a good feel rather than the 800 euro per night joke that the staff seem to want to talk to each other and the customer is a disturbance? This hotel has great staff and that makes me want to hire the staff trainer.

The housekeeping staff are so much better, nice and friendlier - perhaps the hotel should consider placing them at the front desk instead... nice and spacious room. there's a living area and a separate bedroom. room is equipped with microwave too. very convenient.
Although located in an alley, it's not too far from the bts station - only 5 minutes walk (or less!). There's also a 7-Eleven in the building next to the hotel, which is great and very convenient especially if you feel like snacking in the middle of the night and the mini bar is always too expensive!!

Beautiful hotel. large clean spacious room and bathroom. highly recommend no breakfast included in deal. internet access quite expensive. overall a Fantastic hotel. When we arrived we were met by friendly and attentive staff. checkin was seemless and our bags were transferred to our room. The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Beautiful pool with bar. enjoyed many cocktails sitting by it. also were able to indulge in a massge while by the pool. Centrally located. Only had to walk out the door to have massage palours, shops and stalls living the streets. Short walk to the station to get the train to MBK. great hotel. highly recommend. Agoda also provided the most competitive rate.

Quiet yet close to the action.
Beach restaraunt had good food.
The breakfeast being available until 1400 Mosquitos at night on beach while dining. A very enjoyable stay. Situated on the North end of Chaweng beach, close to the hot nightspots. The staff did not hastle my Thai fiancee as some hotels do. The breakfeast being available until 1400 meant that you did not have to rush out in the morning and the eggs cooked to order were better than all of the cheap buffet breakfests that place usually have. All in all a good place, reasonoble price, great location. Will definately stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : If eating on the beach at night use bug spray, the mosquitos are bad at the table under the table cloth.
