To be honest there weren't many good points.

There is only two lifts for a hotel that is like 25 floors, you have to wait forever to get in the lift and there were so many tour groups coming and going all the time. The food was average and hardly to the liking of any westerners i can imagine. The customer service was a complete joke, they were very unhelpful and rude.

Manager allowed us to take a needed shower after one day visit in Bangkok (more than 33°) and before leaving to the airport again - thank you.

Bring along a hotel card when leaving. Just to show the taxi driver how to get back to your hotel. Some taxi driver don't read english. You might need to call the hotel's receptionist to direct the driver back to the hotel.

Grand Tower Hotel Rama 6 has everything that a tourist, traveller or business person would need.

• Hotel Feature Tip : Its 5mins and a $2 taxi ride to the city but you still have the feeling your still in the centre of Bangkok

Old, but clean hotel. Guest Rating: 3.7

Staff are helpful, but keep in mind they're not there to save you money. Sometimes we find the meter-taxi outside the hotel is cheaper and you can pretty much get it just right outside the front gates. But the hotel itself is pretty good for the value, a little old/outdated but pretty clean and comfortable.
