Great location and nice room
the best part of the hotel is its location, with terminal 21 shopping center just next to it and MRT station next to it, it's very easy to get aound consider the bad traffic situation in BKK

overall it's a great hotel, however, perhaps there are just too many people staying in this hotel, the checking in process is a bit slow and created a lot of inconvenience, i was at the hotel at 1230pm and the counter staff told me that i can get my room sorted out in 20 minutes, after a lunch and another 30minutes of waiting, i finally got to check in at 3pm
Shopping Tip:
the shopping center Terminal 21 is an interesting and great place to buy things, there are also good food on level 4 and 5, each level has its own theme and you can get a lot of local brands product (which is better than most shopping center only offering international brands) for you to choose to buy

Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very friendly. Welcome refreshments were available with no restrictions. Room had a great view of the city and it is clean and bed comfortable. Could improve on the breakfast spread though. Hotel facilities were great especially the swimming pool overlooking the city sky rappers and the recreational area was wonderfully landscaped with lots of greenery. What top it all is that the hotel is located in the same building with the trendy Terminal 21 shopping mall and beside is the sky train station and metro station making transportation very easy and accessible

Great Hotel with Great Location

Everything was great during my 2nd time stay at this hotel. The only minus was the second day morning, when I was having problem opening the pool side huge umbrella, the stuff did not come over to help but turned away instead. Other than that it was a pleasant experience again.

very good hotel. new, clean, convenient. the decoration is very contemporary. many hotels are good, but in the remote area. this hotel is connected to the mall. it is easy to enter asok bts and sukhumvit mrt. only the breakfast buffet needs to be improved.
Travel tip:
No other alternative. I will stay again and would recommend to everyone.

it is convenient to stay and shop around. if you plan to shop, this hotel definitely a right choice . surrounded by a lot of spa and massage centre. Walking distance to get the local food. it is easy access with the MRT around.
the moment we walked into the hotel, it was well decorated and greeted by the warm guest relation officer.
one thing upset me was, it took about half an hour during the registration at the front desk, when the staff couldnt found a room which i requested earlier. end up, we were recommended to take 2 single bed to join together as a double bed. It was quite tiring standing in front of the front desk.

The room is very 'white' indeed. The bathroom is small with no bathtub. Shower is pleasant and the toilet amenities are good enough. If they can provide bathrobe that would be nicer. Breakfast's variety can be improved. The pool is not big but you can still having suntan there. Access to the BTS Asoke is very convenient.
Travel tip:
The famous "HealthLand" is just back side of the hotel but reservation is definitely needed.

This is a nice condo Hotel with big rooms and comfortable amenities. We loved the location and it is attached to a very nice Mall call Terminal 21. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options. The Hotel is clean and neat and a great choice if you have kids. There are plenty of facilities, pool, gym etc and the breakfast was ok.

Great options next door at the Terminal 21 shopping mall.

hotel is upscale and the newest of the centre pointe hotels. it is perfectly located in sukhumvit, attached to both the asoke bts skytrain station/mtr station, and the terminal 21 shopping complex. lots of eating places, stores, supermarket, etc.
Shopping Tip:
robinsons department store and tops market under the westin next door for more local shopping experience.
