great hotel design, very comfortable rooms, absolutely friendly staff, location is great

The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall. It is very beautifully designed from the entrance into the rooms. The rooms are really comfortable. Our rooms were upgraded to bigger ones because some problems on their parts. The staff are all really friendly to us and the children. They even took notices of cars we were going out with. This is a real five star hotel. I absolutely recommend it.

A great 5 star.
The building is only a year old and the staff is as good as I have seen

we have been in thailand many times. terminal 21 was among the top 2 hotels i have stayed at in thailand. we use the bts sky train and it is truly close to the hotel. the terminal 21 shopping center is very convenient for her to shop and me to snooze.
meals both room sevice and restaurant were all very good.
next trip we will be returning to terminal 21.
Shopping Tip:
I am not usually a keen shopper.The Terminal 21 and sky train gives easy 10 minute access to 4 enormous shopping malls(Terminal 21,Emporium, Central World and Siam Paragon.)

Amazing modern hotel at the centre of bangkok

The hotel is the best location you can ask for. Attached to a shopping mall, BTS and subway stations. It's a 5 minutes walk from Soi Cowboy, and other nightlife. The rooms are equipped with modern technology. If you like to play tennis, swim, mini gold or workout, this hotel has everything. The staff are pretty traditional "Thai" when it comes to service. Forgetting to make up your rooms, giving wrong pricing information about Muai Thai fights, forgetting to reset your internet, etc. But you'll find that anywhere in Thailand. What you won't find, is this amazing hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get as big a room as possible for optimal experience.

Very nice hotell with smiles everywhere

Stayed for two nights and found this hotel superb. Nice poolarea, good both for children and adults. Also a playroom inside wich the children enjoyed. Great breakfast. Good location close to skytrain. 4 stops to Siam square. The staff was helpful and always with a smile. Only thing to complain about was that we had to call reseption for the extra bed we asked for in advance.

This is a great hotel, great staff, and great location. Next door to department store Terminal 21 and Sky Train connects with Terminal 21. Terminal 21 has a floor of Restaurants. Shopping is expensive Terminal 21.
Shopping Tip:
We shopped in all of the markets in the heat, but when we discovered the MKR shopping centre we wished we had been there first. Don't shop anywhere else....great bargains and it is air conditioned. Clothes, jewellery, food, phones, I Pods etc.

Wonderful Hotel with Superb location

reached hotel late around 7pm, check in was fast and request of high floor and "nearby rooms" was granted.(i booked 3 rooms). all 3 rooms were big and clean. my children especially love their high tech toilet! daily cleaning and changing of towels etc were done (some other hotel doesnt change towel daily). daily breakfast is also good but a bit expensive baht. we were lucky, all staff we met from ground level recept to those cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful!
location was great, typically just beside asok bts, making travelling around bkk so much convenient.
t21 shopping is just next building. level 5 food court offer very nice and cheap food. imagine to pay just baht for a big portion of mango rice? airport is selling 135 baht with much smaller portion. fish maw soup is also a steal, s$2 for a big bowl. other cooked food are also much cheaper than those roadside hawker. what else do you ask for in such a nice and air cond. food court!
one thing worth mentioning was those staff at the counter were very sincere in helping us hiring taxi. they gave taxi driver very clear instruction of where we were going to (cos we hire 2 taxi and worried that we could not meet up when we reached our destination) and helped us to insist on meter reading too!
we had a wonderful stay and definetly will come back again.
