Service starts upon arrival. The lobby staff are polite . The reception attend to your registration efficiently and very accommodating. The effort given to suit your request is applaudable. As you enter your room, all is in place and ready. Do check what you need and except for filling the empty refrigerator with your own goodies, you will find the basic things available, including your own washing machine.It would be a sin if you leave an untidy room when leaving for the day or when checking out. House keeping immediately respond to your slightest request. It makes you want to extend every stay .

Classy & professional hotel with good service

when i arrived at the hotel after an approx baht taxi right, i was greeted by friendly staff in a nice, modern, open foyer. it certainly feels like a high class hotel.
my room was large (booked a grand deluxe w/breakfast) and spacious with modern amenities. room was cooled by efficient and relatively quiet air conditioning.
close to the sky train (right outside) and shopping centres it is very conveniently located.
would happily stay here again for my next visit

this hotel is inside the shopping mall, can be go to shopping mall directly, and more small stall at outside the road to shop.hotel facilities are goods and breakfast food many choice.

Very nice stay and good service.
The last day we left early, and ate breakfast 06:10 in the morning. Some of the "warm food" was still cold, and this probably caused stomach problems and diarrhea for several days for me. Perhaps this food shouldn't be available to guests before it is warmed up and ready to eat, since stomach problems can seriously destroy your vacation.

Excellent hotel! Very nice hotel with spacious room, well maintained facilities. Pool area is spacious and overlookin the city. Friendly staff upon check-in. Next to BTS makes traveling to other parts of Bangkok stress-free.
Definitely will return to stay in future!

A bit of a letdown given the price the hotel charges. The fridge was not properly stocked and inconsistent service given from the staff. We were a party of 2 couples and both rooms were differently stocked. Welcome fruits basket was also missed out in my room. We were celebrating a birthday but the staff was less than helpful when we needed a match or lighter for the birthday cake candles.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of good restaurants in the adjacent mall.

It is so worth to book your hotel due the environment is very nice and it closes to the BTS station.
The room is so spacious and neat so that I can have a relaxing time in the hotel.
The facilities are also very nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Upstairs of the hotel is the terminal 21 shopping mall.
The concept of this shopping mall uses different countries characteristics to design.
Every level represents one country.
It is worth to take a photo of it.
