Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

Got a free upgrade to grand suite room upon check-in. I must say the hotel staffs are friendly and attentive. Grand suite room is large and comfortable. The only disappointment is the hotel breakfast. Not much variety and almost the same kind of food every day.

A Great Hotel which is conveniently located
Hotel staff was friendly and service was excellent. Good spread of Asian food at the buffet breakfast. An excellent spa conveniently located on the 6th floor of the hotel.

Plus points: 1) Amazing location. Right smack next to the station and a newly built shopping mall. 2) Reasonably spacious 3) They have really nice pool/steam room/sauna/fitness room
Minus points: 1) I think this hotel is slightly over-priced. 2)Other than a microwave oven it stocks the same as any other 4 star hotels. 3)The room service is often served by new staff who often forget our order. Food is really so so. 4) The morning breakfast is so so standard with throng of guests filing in and out at all times. 5) Bed is not as good as they advertise it to be. To be fair this is a reasonably nice hotel if you are not too fussy and convenience of location is top on your priority. However, I personally feel you can get more from other hotels with less.

Upon my arrival they staff kindly upgraded me to a deluxe room, which was amazing. The room was large and comfortable, very well designed. The internet is blazing fast and the facilities are definitely comparable to other luxury hotels. Furthermore, you cannot beat the location of this hotel, it is right next to two metro lines and the brand new Terminal 21 mall with tons of restaurants and shopping options. The staff was friendly and attentive, really have no complaints about this hotel, I will definitely stay here again.
