Luxurious hotel with great cleanliness & comfort

Overall, I had a pleasurable stay during my 4 days 3 nights trip. My room was generally very clean & comfortable. The washing machine provided makes it convenient for guests to do laundry without having to send to the hotel's laundrette. Buffet breakfast was pretty good, however lacks variety on a daily basis as most dishes were similar daily. Check-in process was rather slow because the staff would make photocopy of guest's passport as part of their administrative procedure. Waiting for my turn to check-out was slower than I expected due to lack of separate check-out counter & most staff were busy serving the guests checking in to the hotel. Hopefully the management would rectify the problem as I am willing to stay in this hotel again for my next trip.

They fulfilled my request for high floor room. The view was breathtaking. Bangkok was indeed stunning!!
I feel so much at home staying in my room, while taking in all the breathtaking sceneries. Especially the sun rise in the morning! The staff were also very friendly. Free wifi, which was a big plus that I needed to stay connected to coordinate work.

Classy hotel at a great price.
Great location, with rooms being clean, spacious and well-equipped.

Truly enjoyed my stay. Hotel is within walking distance to shopping malls, & train station - getting around was easy. The hotel looks grand and classy too. The deluxe room that I had was spacious, and well-equipped - there is even a washing machine available inside the room! Will definitely go back again.

Great hardware, but tainted by poor service
Location is convenient, close to CBD area around Central World. Hardware is very good value - room is clean with spacious bathroom and useful kitchenette.

an otherwise fantastic stay was severely tainted by poor customer service by hotel staff and front office duty manager. my room was not cleaned until late afternoon, and when inquired with the manager, i was told they are not obligated to clean my room until 4pm. attitude of the manager was challenging, arrogant and uncaring. when i ordered room service at night, many items listed in their menu was not available, and further when their staff could not understand what i wanted (due to limited english ability), she acted as though i was at fault for not speaking thai ... instead of getting someone who could speak english better. the interactions with hotel staff especially the manager made the stay very unpleasant for me.
Shopping Tip:
Don't take a taxi to the CBD strip (i.e. Central World, Gysorn, Siam Paragon, etc.) as it's much easier, less frustrating, and much faster if you just walk.

big room, facilities are good

room is big, facilities are suitable for familiy, i can wash the cloths, make some simple food for my kids especialy when they are not willing to go out during rainy days. the kids enjoy the pool and kids room.
but they didn't clean up the room for 2 days, i have to call the housekeeping to clean up the room for 2 times, but still can accept because they will clean up at once.
location is ok , but i prefer nearer to central world or siam paragon.
Restaurant Tip:
the price of breakfast for kids is quite expensive which cost~480 bahts
