haven't tried a lot of service at the hotel and therefore cannot comment too much.
but the complimentary tea (which changes everyday) offer at the lobby is a delight, especially after a long and tiring shopping.
the pool is excellent in size compared with the other service apartments of the same grade in bkk.
ample of choices for the breakfast. only comment is that no skim milk is available.

No skimmed milk available at complimentary breakfast.

Great location & very helping hands staffs

It's a 5 enjoyable days in Bangkok and happenly staying in central location of Bangkok. The Grand Centre Point Ratchadamri is very well suited to my trips with family, the hotel room is clean & fresh, spacious enough for 2 adults & 2 children even when there's an extra bed in it. I recommend this hotel for my colleagues/relatives/families/friends when travellingg to Bangkok. Staying at this hotel makes travelling easy.

this is our 4th time back at grande centre point and again, our stay has been flawless. from check in to the overall arrival experience- there is nothing to complain about. the rooms are always thoroughly cleaned and in best working order. everybody, from housekeeping to receptionists were extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. the best part is probably the value for money. where else you can you find a huge suite in the middle of the city for only or so a night?!

Is very near to places that we would wanna visit. From the hotel to sky train is just a 5 mins walk. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean, neat and tidy. Pool area is very relaxing. Is a hotel that we would like to stay in for our next visit to Thailand.
Travel tip:
Recommend to try to look for food stores that the locals usually go to eat cos is much more cheaper and more tasty.
