i love the location it is close to all major department stores and the staff are very good i love the breakfast room area very spacious and alot of selection plus it has another restraunt which has amazing thai food and each apartment has plasma tv and the rooms are spacious it has a nice big pool i always like to stay here only

great location its within walking distance to all the main shopping mall. the food at the restaurant is good but not the staffs. the rooms are very good size for a service apartment and well maintained. would stay in the hotel on my next visit except for the restaurant.

When I saw the room I was surprised that the room has micowave, washing machine big screen lcd tv, big refrigerator also the room is bigger at its price! I feel like home. And the location of the hotel is near to go everywhere around Bangkok city, near shopping mall just walk to get there, awesome! And I got the services like a king!
Travel tip:
Just save your money to find another luxurious hotels in Bangkok!

A very beautiful and new hotel. The room is spacious and have all the necessary household item in it. The Gym is great and they even have a nice playroom for kids ! The only drawback is that the washing machine inside my room has a leaking door. Other than that, all else is great and really nice comfort to stay in.

Excellent for children--great location
This place is wonderful. My family stays here at least 5 times a year. It has a theater room,l playground, playroom, reading room and the location is unbeatable. The included breakfast is well worth it. The hotel is unbeatable.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was incredible value. This time, I chose to try the standard room with breakfast included. After booking, I realsied that for 2 of the 3 mornings I would be unable to have breakfast due to time constraints so asked on arrival if they could cancel the breakfast and instead upgrade me - the cost on Agoda was similar so I thought it wouldnt be a problem. They were unable to help which was a little disappointing but, in their defence they did make up breakfast boxes on the days when I couldnt have breakfast in the hotel.
Apart from this relatively minor issue, the hotel is excellent. The room was good but nowehere near the standard of the one bedroom suite - if you can afford to, upgrade! The swimming pool and gym of excellent quality and the spa was superb and well worth the cost (even though expensive by BKK standard).

Breakfast menu has many food variety but the quality of food need to be improve. Many dishes are cold and below 5 star standard. The Spa is very good and not price is not too expensive compared to other 5 star hotels. Swimming pool is big and beautiful, but suggest to have heated outdoor jacuzzi. In general for the location, facilities and the spacious room size, the price is good and we will recomend for friends to stay.
Restaurant Tip:
The Grand Hyatt hotel shopping area has more restaurants, 2 min walk.

Fantasic property for a Bkk stay!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel the service was second to none. 5 star all the way. We had a wonderful 1 bed apartment with wonderful views. Breakfast was top quality and a huge variety of choice, only issue was no baby high chair. All staff were helpful. The facilities are top quality from the pool to the gym and wonderful play room. So much thought has gone into the care of its guests. The room was of a very high standard and cleaned and serviced everyday to the highest of standards. Would have been nice to have a few more cooking utensils...which I'm sure would have been provided had we asked. This is a first class place to stay and we are returning in a couple of weeks. Will be telling all our friends

This is my second stay at the Grande Centrepoint Ratchadamri and I just think its the perfect place to stay in Bangkok. The apartments are fantastic. Fully equiped and the staff are just wonderful and very attentive. A Very relaxing space in a very busy city.
