Best hotel in Town
This is one of the best value hotels in Bangkok. Friendly staff, great rooms and the facilities are second to none.

After staying at several top hotels in Bangkok including the Peninsula, we have decided to make the Grand Centre Point our new home when visiting Bangkok. We have stayed at this hotel on many trips to Bangkok and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the main shopping areas. The Sky train is also very close. We find the suites just perfect, spacious and well appointed. The casual style of the pool area plus the gym is a bonus for holiday makers and business travelers alike. From the time you arrive until you leave the hotel you will feel right at home.
Shopping Tip:
Close to all the main shopping centres and also to the Patpong night life area. You can walk almost everywnere. Very safe area.

Hotel Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri has a good location for shopping. You can walk by the air walk to Siam Paragon, Central World and Siam Square (only 10 minutes walk). The service in the hotel was not so good and catching a cab during rush hour was difficult, because the hotel is located just around the corner of Ratchadamri. All in all, I prefer the Centre Point Langsuan, which is cheaper, has a better service level and has a good breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
The Sunday brunch in the Grand Hyatt Hotel is amazing!

this is a great business hotel if you plan to stay in the centre of Bangkok for a few days and the current price is hard to beat for value for money. Great coffee shop next to lobby (but I think it's alcohol free) and don't miss the chance to swim in the lovely pool

A Truly Grand Experience
Huge pool; very nice breakfast buffet, tasty bakery on the ground floor; nice views from the rooms; attentive staff; very guest friendly.

Within easy reach of the Skytrain station, and a short walk away from Central World mall, the Grande Centre Point Ratchdamri provides a very comfortable place to stay.
Occasionally, some taxi drivers needed some additional directions, but the fact that it is right across from the Four Seasons, and several other landmarks usually facilitated directions.
The pool is truly huge, and provides a veritable retreat, with large sofas, and plenty of sun lounges. Minor drawback was that food service by the pool took unusually long, but a great place to chill out and relax.
The rooms are impeccably clean, and kept that way by a great crew. Internet access is complimentary and provided via WiFi - speed is fast and reliable.
Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri is a great venue, and well worth considering a return stay.
Restaurant Tip:
There's some great food places if you exit the hotel, head off to your left, and cut through small soi to the next cross street -- lots of tiny food vendors, a neat jazz cafe, and some really good seafood places along the main street.

our arrival was handled very quickly and the bags delivered to our rooms promptly. We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment. we had 2 tv sets and a full kitchen with a washing machine and dryer. The lounge area was decorated in a very stylish furniture. The whole effect with the lovely, jusy like out of vogue magazine.

Above all, it's a valuable hotel with good location (walking distance to BigC, Central World and even Siam Paragon), good room facility (kitchen included!), and good service (we have many requests after check-in and they solved all for us).
However, the main problem we encountered is the concierge. After we check out and they help us to call a taxi to the airport, but after we got up the taxi we found that the driver called by them does not know even one word of ENGLISH!! The driver only knows Thai-language that we cannot communicate!! And the driver seems a newbie that he always on a wrong way. We were absolutely very worry about where he was taking us to go!! but no communication could be made at all!! We went to many roads that very strange to us (we've been to bkk before), to oil station inbetween, to a high way that no sign for airport...etc, really feel very very luckily that we finally found the road sign for airport and reached the airport in more than 1.5 hours! (hotel said it should be take around 1 hour to the airport!!)
We think it should be a must for the hotel concierge to take a ENG-speaking taxi for their foreign clients and it made us a very bad impact on this hotel and we would write an email to the hotel for our complaints!
Travel tip:
improvement to their concierge is highly needed!

I love the feel of this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable...a home away from home! The breakfast is excellent with a very good selection to choose from. This hotel is walking distance from shopping malls so there is no need to sit for ages in a taxi.

Excellent 5 star hotel with 3 star price
Best value for money in Bangkok. On walking distance to Siam Paragon, Central World and MBK. Grand suite is like a home, with sofa, 2 flatscreens and kitchen. Very happy with this hotel.
