Great location but disappointing breakfast

Very well located hotel within easy walking distance of shopping malls & Siam Square. Elegantly decorated, clean & comfortable rooms although could benefit from more shelf space for clothes in bedroom & decent sized tissues (for blowing nose). Breakfast was extremely disappointing served in a cold, sterile, internal room with no outlook or atmosphere and uninteresting/unappetising food, at least of the Western variety, apart from the fruit(which was delicious). Would definitely stay here again despite the few shortcomings.

The hotel is grand and big, just next to four seasons hotel,with
A very good rate. Even the decoration is getting a bit out of date
But the benefits overcome this draw back.

Centrally located and within walking distance to various temples and many shopping malls and eateries. Also close to the BTS station- great for avoiding the crazy bangkok traffic! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there's complimentary coffee and tea every day at the lobby. Be prepared for a bit of a wait while checking in, but other than that, fantastic.

this hotel is located just opposite four season bangkok. there is also a horse racing course nearby and 10 minutes walking distance to centre world which is one of the biggest shopping mall in asia.

Highly recommend anybody to stay at this hotel we stayed here for some of our honeymoon in Thailand and were very impressed with the friendly staff,the beautiful hotel,the great complimentary breakfast and of course out amazing room with stunning city views. The pool was great to and they had a gym that we didn't use but all the equipment looked new and a wide range.
I would suggest anyone to stay here and we got a great deal when we booked on agoda.
Shopping Tip:
MBK shopping centre is not far and some good shopping there. Food court is also really good there.

me and my daughter stayed for 2 days,
we found that the manner of the reception is very bad.
the location of the swimming pool is east, so only sunshine
between 9-12 only.

We booked two nights when we came to Thailand. I was our first staying at this hotel. We got so impressed that we booked one nigh in return before returning to Europe again.
Friendly staff and did everything to assist. Good breakfast. Restaurant in first floor had exe lent food in all styles.
Near all shopping possibilities, so we can recommend to others, and will stay there again next year.
Shopping Tip:
You can walk to all shopping possibilities from Paragon, the World to MBK.
For sightseeing not far away to the Grand Palace, but you need to take a taxi, or
take a boat on the canal and end at the Grand Palace. Ask the staff at the hotel desk
and they will assist you.

Well appointed rooms, with all necessary amenities. Very clean and well arranged. Excellent staff-very helpful and respond to needs and requests promptly.
Good central location and peaceful and quiet although in the middle of Bangkok.
Breakfast could be better, but at least they had warm milk for cereal as standard and one did not have to ask for it as in most other hotels.
Big C shopping mall within walking distance.
