Checking in was delayed because they do not have both the rooms on the same floor, the reception staff took 20 minutes to shift the other hotel guests checking in later to get us both rooms on the same floor.

breakfast inside a no window room is so bad
nice big room with home like facilites for cooking, washing, refrig, sink.., swimming pool good, short distance to BTS and malls for everything

i nearly fell into a no-meter taxi trap, this is 100% local taxi like but no-meter taxi always stops outside this hotel, the hotel door attendants should seriously stop guests to riding this fraid taxi. He asked for 600 baht where should be 200 Baht on meter after my customer told me over mobile, i finally dropped 40 Baht and jumped off, this fraid taxi driver told my customer that he has to pay the hotel attendants for quening outside, of course, i don't believe this.

The location is really convenient, just few minutes walk can reach the BTS station and shopping mall. Hotel is quite nice and clean. Staffs are helpful. We have booked 2 rooms separately though Agoda, as a result when we check in, they give us 2 rooms in different floor, and we asked for the same floor. The staff arrange for us immediately. This is quite efficient and nice for us.
