Lovely hotel, easy upgrade,pool a bit dirty

Good staff, easy access to local attractions, good taxi service (some hotels or locations do not have this).
Room quality excellent.
Hotel hallways were very plain and institutional though.
Travel tip:
Go to Centara for Skybar drinks.
Its a beautiful breezy location that you can walk around and check all the local landmarks including the Grande Centre Point.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok

I have no complaints about my stay at this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the restaurant downstairs were very good. It was so nice that i booked here a second time after a weekend at Cha-am Beach. Its located a couple blocks from Central World Mall and a bunch of other malls and restaurants. This hotel also doesn't try to squeeze every penny out of you like other hotels which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and plan on staying here if I visit Bangkok again.
Shopping Tip:
There are a dozen malls two blocks away.

I love this place and always stay here, it feels very much like home, the rooms are clean and the staff are great. I love the pool and gym, a real gym you can have a work out in while injoying the views. You are close to the best shopping in Bangkok and every kind of food you could want. It's easy to get to and around town from.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Very good hotel, new and spacious, the price is just ok, but think it's worthy. Nearby BTS, around 10 minutes' walk. Really not happy with Agoda, no any indications on if the price include the breakfast or not, only when I paid via credit card, the feedback email said that there is no breakfast, really unhappy, is that some kind of cheating? I was embarassed to face my family member that the breakfast was not included.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Grand palace can reach by river boat, avoiding the traffic jam

Large clean room with a great view of the city. 2 towel maximum and they charge for more than 2 towels in your room at the same time. Breakfast restaurant booked from Agoda.com was a windowless room with 1 star food choices and presentation.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurant downstairs is ok.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s a good mixture between modern style and Thai tradition. Very comfortable beds. You can relax at the marvelous swimming pool or use the sauna and the steaming room. So so buffet breakfast. Location is so so if you've senior citizen or young children in the family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the taxi at the lobby, the taxi info will be recorded and most important, the taxi, driver will start the meter. You may decide to give tip to the taxi driver later.
One the way back to the hotel, we bargained with the taxi each time. Later, we just offered them 50b or 100b else look for the next taxi.
Prepare an A4 size papers with the Hotel info before travel, most taxi driver don’t know where the hotel is! This will save you lot of troubles.

Great hotel and excellent service
The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants all walkable.

A great hotel in the centre of Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is really top class, also great service when you need it from the cooks and wait staff.
The BTS is a short walk when and if you need it and great shopping malls within a 5 minute walk.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful as was the security at the entrance.
When we return to Bangkok in future this will be our hotel of choice.

Hotel of good location
Good location, just 5 mins walk to BTS

Overall speaking, the hotel is good for shopping and eating. We can easily find restaurants nearby, from hawker stalls to restaurant thai food. But if you prefer to stay in hotel for relax, it might not be a good choice as the room is not very big.

We always like to stay at Grande Centrepoint Ratchadamri. We travel to BKK often and find the convenient location (next door to Ratchadamri BTS and walking distance to Erawan Shrine, Chitlom BTS) and the lovely staff at this hotel makes our stay a pleasure. The staff in the restaurants (and in general) are wonderful with our young toddler and this makes our stay even more enjoyable as we don't have to worry at meal times!! Located on a quiet Soi off the main road, it caters to everything we need.
