Good Price, Convenience, but room a little bit old
The location is good and close to BTS, the pool is big. Staffs are nice and can speak fluent English

We had a night flight and arrived hotel by 23:30, unfortunately, when I tried to present my Agoda booking confirmation email to the check in staff, I couldn't get connected to the Wi-Fi nor they have my booking record. Took me about 20mins to complete the check in.
The quality of food need to be improved and took so long (15mins) to line up for an 'fried egg' during breakfast time....

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly . Friendly staff , nice , comfortable and big rooms. But was marred by by an incident on the last day of stay. Realized I have left my phone chargers and cables, ipad photo downloaded in the room only when I was at the airport.
Called the front desk, staff said they have my items. And I agreed to the 2000 baht charge to have it shipped back to me but so far, no news from them and no replies to my email as well

Near the Big C and centre world, a deluxe hotel
well designed hall and room, reading room is best, and near shopping center

It is very comfortable and well designed room for the deluxe experiment, room and hall is very bright and clean, near the major shopping area and just walk about 10 mins to access.

Firstly let me advise you that I have already put my thoughts on the travel review site on my return home, so impressed that I was with this Hotel.
I was totally impressed with the Grande Centre Point Hotel the moment we stepped into the Foyer, so Beautiful and welcoming, our thoughts on this Hotel only got better on arrival at our room, spacious and clean.
We consider the Grande Centre Point Hotel one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
If we ever return to Bangkok there will be no discussion which hotel to stay at because it will be the Grande Centre Point.
