smoke, door, towel, bedsheets
Although I was assigned non-smoking room, i often smelled smoke on the corridor before getting into my room. Also during a.m. hours, the smoke smelled quite intense around the bathroom and kitchen area. The Japanese young neighbors were very loud and boisterous. When they opened and closed their doors, it felt as if my door was banged. I wonder if they were staying in smoking or nonsmoking room.
One of the towels in my room smelled like vinegar. The bedsheets smelled damp.

washing machine, clean and very comfortable bed.
Nice breakfest with different things everyday
washing machine with dryer hard to work. Could have better instructions
The hotel had a very friendly staff which was always ready to help. The breakfest was the cleanest and most varied one I have had in Bangkok. The washing machine and dryer came in handy when I bought clothes as I could clean them and where them that same day.
The free internet service was fast.
Enjoyed their food in their dinning room.
Location was great as the sky train was less than a block from the hotel but the subway was quite a bit further. The room was very comfortable and overlooked the race track which was also a golf course. Nice location which was in walking distance to most of the shopping.
Would stay there again............

friendly staff, amazing rooms, good location
My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. It was amazing. One friend and I were on the 41st floor and the view was amazing. The suite was very large; wraparound counter in the kitchen, full dining table, separate bathroom and bedroom.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a 5-star experience for a 2-star price.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Careful of the tuk tuks. Make sure you bargain with them before you go on your way. They are going to convince you to go to certain retail places so they can get a petrol coupon. If you want to take a tuk, you may have to deal with this.

The room was bright and clean. The condition of the room looks as if it was a new hotel. I was surprised that even the Grand Deluxe Room (ie the studio room) has a washing machine. The staff, from the security guard at the entrance all the way to the waiters and waitresses in the cafe were friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is actually within walking distance to the Erawan Shrine and CentralWorld.
We had difficulties getting a cab to Pratunam area as there is constantly a traffic jam outside the hotel, towards direction of Pratuwan. Breakfast needs more variety. No 7-11 nearby hotel.
We loved our stay at Grande Centre Point! The room and even the corridor was bright and clean. So we don't feel eerie like in some hotel. The hotel was well maintained. Everything looked rather new. Once we reached the main lobby counter for our check in, a glass of fruit juice was served to us. First time I experience such thoughful service! ;P . My 7 year old son loved the place so much that he didn't even want to go shopping with us and requested to laze around in the room! Actually, I don't quite believe this myself...I actually kinda miss the pillow and bed in the hotel! I will sure go back there again!

big room for price, friendly staff
The location of this hotel is pretty good as it is central to two skytrain stations. The hotel itself is amazing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the room was very spacious and clean and well-appointed.
The breakfast was not the best. It could have been a higher quality.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Careful of the tuk tuks. They will ask you to go to places you don't want to go so they can get a petrol coupon. It's a necessary thing if you are going to take one.

Very good location for shopping in bangkok, especially the central world plaza, and very close to the MRT station, which make it convinient to the pier that take you to the Grand Palace. The room is very nice, equiped with everything we need, like kitchen and washing machine. The breakfast need to be improved, comparing to other hotel we stay in Thailand.

- Clean
- Well equipped
- Spacious
- Excellent value for the money
- Great location, walking distance to Central mall and Erawan plaza (and more).
A very nice serviced apartment and really quite an excellent value. It's right around the corner from Erawan Plaza and not far from all the big shopping malls that run along Sukhimvit. You DO need an umbrella if it rains from Erawan to the hotel/room, however once you get to Erawan you can take the covered pedestrian walkway that goes over the street directly to most of the malls.
The room itself is quite spacious and has flatscreen televisions in addition to a nicely equipped kitchenette and best (for us) a washer/dryer! Everything is beautifully laid out and kept in beautiful and clean condition.
This hotel is definitely on my go to list for the future. You'll get a better idea of the room from watching it.
Not much else to say. Great room, excellent value, nicely equipped and well kept.
I would stay here again.
Shopping Tip : From the hotel, right turn, right at next intersection, right again around the Erawan plaza and take the stairs up to the pedestrian walkway. You've now avoided all the intersections with crazy traffic and lights and can walk to sky train, and most of the malls directly from the pedestrian walkway. Enjoy Thailand!

Room decor - Very modern chic. Not overdone.
Location. - 5 minutes on BTS from everywhere!!! but away from busy/noisy areas.
Sound system in the room was not IPOD compatible.
This hotel was wonderful. Its located 3 minutes from either SILOM or RATCHADAMRI BTS stations so its 10 minutes from anywhere in Bangkok but is itself located on a quiet side street. The decor in the room was modern and superb. The hotel foyer looks like an Art Deco masterpiece!!! The staff, as we found everywhere in Thailand, were very courteous, efficient and friendly. The hotel has full 24hr services to cater to every whim. We tended to eat out while we were exploring and shopping but the breakfasts were plentiful, fresh and had heaps of variety. A great start to the day. We even left some luggage for a friend to pick up after we had left and this wes superbly handled. We will definately stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.
Shopping Tip : Walking distance to excellent shopping at CENTRALWORLD. BTS close by.

Entertainments within the hotel.
The hotel is situated in the center of the city with easy access for all the transportation. It situated between two BTS stations and very close to the shopping malls. The room is spacious with pantries and washing machine. The swimming pool is great and worth for spending time in the afternoon. Nice restaurant on the first floor with great foods and cakes.
Shopping Tip : walking distance to shopping places

location was perfect for our needs. close to central world and MBK.
we had a lovely stay at this hotel. the rooms were large and well equiped, the room was to a very high standard. it was very useful having a kitchen area and washing machine/dryer. the views were amazing we could have spent the weekend just looking out of the window as there was so much to see. even more amazing at night when all the bulidings were lit up. we were able to walk to mbk and central world. the skytain station was nearby too. the staff were all friendly and polite , room service very good and resonably priced. we took advantage of the free wifi in our room.
Shopping Tip : when mbk closes at night, small stalls selling crafts opening up on the walkways between shopping centre and sky train staions. well worth looking as many bargains here. we found the taxi prices were cheaper than skytrain too on many occasions.

Great location, clean rooms, nice lobby.
Spiral Car park gives me a headache. Staff should acknowledge repeat guests.
The hotel is situated ideally in the heart of bangkok. Close to all the major shopping malls such as Central World and Siam Paragon, and within walking distance to several 5-star hotels. Facilities are good, but the in-house convenient store recently closed so you will have to find another one. Overall, a good experience.

Very quite, and very well appointed. Good amenities. Very pleasant and polite staff. Good security.
Wireless interent easy to use, and good speed/connection
Very difficult to find from main road, not well sign posted.
Breakfast buffet was included, whilst was adequate was below the norm. ie. scrambled eggs poor quality, poor selection of European foods, and "old" not fresh. Chineese food seemed ok! One day completed fruit platter was over ripe, and had been on display a long time!
Fully equiped kitchen, but only 2 plates and no other crockery or cooking utensiles, so unable to use, or even eat take-a-aways. Stay was only 4 days though so unsure how many days rent had to be for all kitchen equipment supplied!
Stayed in a one bedroomed suite. Really clean, well laid out and very relaxing. View was over the front and the golf course. Had all the amenities that was required for a long stay, as well as for a long weekend. TV's in both room, excellent bathroom, with large seperate shower. Plenty of hanging space in bedroom. Lounge had large comfortable couch, large TV, as well as stereo. Dining table for eating in, but no crockery.Fully equiped kitchen. Maid service was very thourgh, and was easily indicated when you required by 'light' on door way.
A good relaxing, enjoyable stay and will recommend and book again.
Shopping Tip : Central World is a 5 minute walk

Clean, modern, efficient, well situated, value for money.
Hotel dining facilities are limited.
This was the first time we'd stayed at the Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri Hotel, we've previously stayed at the Centre Point on Wireless. We had a very good week there, the hotel is well situated, it's modern, the rooms are well equipped clean and comfortable. The hotel's dining facilities are limited and breakfast was somewhat chaotic, but these were minor issues.
