Its one of the nicer hotels i have stopped at in bangkok with a well equipped gym and nice modern rooms with dvd players, stereo system and lcd tv + a seperate shower and bath. They also forfilled our request for a queen size bed and a view of the race course All was good apart from the fact that with it being relatively new (within the last 18 months) not many of the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was. Oh and no bar. All in all a very nice luxury hotel with good amenities for the business or holiday traveller. Location is ok, not to far from mk1 and the siam night market and easy access to the sky train. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff would wait for you to go out rather than bothering you whilst you were still in the room. Reception staff spoke good english and bell boys, porters and security staff were always happy to help and very courteous.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a room overlooking the golf course + a queen size bed

Staffs are very polite. Nice location for shopping. It's easy to get train. Taxi driver don't know the hotel place. It's nice location for shopping in Siam. And we were able to go anywhere by the train.

a little bit worn out in areas despite being a new hotel Location wise it is not too far from the main shopping areas and the decor of the lobby and bars are quite modern and relaxing.
There were a few things that required attention such as marks, scratches in the room, faulty key cards and e.t.c. Also there was no free wifi in the rooms.
Shopping Tip : Not many people know VIE hotel so just tell them ASIA Hotel which is across the road.

Very spacious, luxurious feel.
Decent WIFI connection Pool and spa closed a little early. My first impression of Grand Centre Point was its spacious lobby, cleanliness and massive, serviced apartment feel rooms. The complex had almost everything including a nice pool, gym and spa. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
Shopping Tip : Central World shopping mall is within walking distance

DVD Movie offering for free, internet access, beautiful Spa and
swimming pool. I am trying to think of any weaknesses but fortunatly no weaknesses. I really like the hotel, I felt that its one the best hotel i vere been in. I also liked what they are offering for family guest such kids club facility are wonderful. hotel location very close to commercial area and rooms furnitures really good and comfert. The staff are very helpful. Menue at room services are cheap when you compare it to five star hotels. hotel located in safe area and close to five plus hotels.
Shopping Tip : big shopping mall World central are very closed

Delay on cleaning the rooms-Houskeeping I had a recommendation from my friend to stay at this hotel,as i told him i would like to go for praying "the four faces buddha".Its very convenient to reach there by walking distance of 10min from the hotel the "four faces buddha".
After staying for the first night,me n my husband decided to extend one more night due to big room & comfortable staying environment like a home.
but something need to be improved is,when we requested to clean the room before went out for city tour around 1pm.After we get to hotel at 4pm,the room still unclean till we call the housekeeping.But lucky in 10min times the housekepping came into 3 persons to clean our room.This make us felt good.
Overall the Hotel is good,but need to improve the food quality at the buffet.Not much of food served & tasteless.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Famous "Four faces Buddha",Siam Paragon Shopping Mall(taking skytrain by 1 station)

Excellent accommodation and good location No control on smoking in rooms This hotel located in the heart of the city most probably would be the best value for money available on the market. The room and the appointments in them were all first class and would compete with any of the large well known establishment hotel brand and better it for value and space. We had the larger 70+ m2 room and it's as good as any suite I have stayed in but at less than half the price. The hotel location is walking distance to some of the main shopping areas and is ionly a 5 minute walk to the skytrain.
Travel tip : If you are a non smoker ask for a non smoking floor

spacious room, warm friendly service, wifi & fax, LCD tvs & clean spacious bath & shower, GREAT LOCATION. amenities like kitchen and washr/dryer a plus! daily buffet breakfast gets repetitious--add more variety; limited room service menu by 10 pm I had a week's stay at the cEnTrepoint and had the best service from the staff specially the concierge (by the door). They were helpful in getting directions to cab drivers and I was able to go to my meetings early. this is my second stay in the hotel, I tried ano 5-star hotel adjacent to central world the last time at BKK but did not like the room. so i booked this hotel again.it was good.
Travel tip : coffee by dao is good

The room is spacious, clean, tidy and in very good condition. The Golf court view is excellent and relaxing. Nice swimming pool for those who love swimming or for those who love watching others swim..... As some users have commented, the breakfast can improve further. This hotel or service apartment have everything you need. It even have cooking area and washing machines. If you need to stay in Bangkok for weeks or even months, it is a very good choice for you. Nevertheless, I do recommend this hotel for those who just want to stay for a few days and want to have relaxing experience. Finally, I have to qualify that these comments are based on the room rate I got in this trip.

Convenient location. no wireless internet inside the hotel room. All the rooms are equipped with kitchen stuffs, which is very suitable for families with kids travelling. The design of the suite room is modern, clean and comfortable. However, there is no wireless network inside the hotel room, which might cause inconvenience for business guest.But for leisure travellers, it is ok. I can say this hotel is value for money.

DVD free rental. internet access I really liked the hotel and it was a great stay and my kids and the family felt at home and really liked the hotel. from all dimentions the hotel with a good location and good atmosphere. the furniture where very comfert and facility provided in very high standards. the staff very freindly. for real i do recommend this hotel for any one is going to bangkok. the spa is one of the best i ever seen in my life. the hotel offers value for money
