Hotel with good location, comfortable and nice lobby with whole day free flow tea and coffee. Very nice and comfortable rooms and good security. I love the massage and spa facilities as well as the hotel facilities. Sauna and jacuzzi area with reading and movie room and also a library and children room. I would definitely recommend to others

my room was spacious, pleasant surroundings, all that i needed available in my room, brilliant views, quiet and very relaxing. fab breakfast and great inservice dinners. just a really awesome place to spend your holidays in as it caters for all types of people. i enjoyed my stay and will most definatelty come back again and bring my girlfriend. stan cave

It was very nice to pick up here as our first oversea hotel in our just married occasion. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is also above our expectation. The location is very comfortable for traveler to shopping and move to the other place.

Lovely 5 star hotel with good service.

The hotel is 5 stars with 4 star price. Facility is great, such as swimming pool, gym, reading room
leasure room, especially movie room. Breakfast room has good variety and fair food. I definitely would come back and stay at this hotel again and would recommend any body else.

you can easily get to bts station for less than 5 minutes on foot. however the hot water from shower is rather inconsistent. i have to wait some time for it to run. it becomes cold water then hot, then cold then hot again. otherwise, overall is great stay!

we stayed in the suite room. The room size is big and clean. we love all in room facilities. The location is perfect for shopping and business meeting.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is close to Central World and Pathunam. Siam Square is in a walking distance.

we liked a lot about the hotel, but the breakfast was disappointing. starting the day in a closed ugly room looking more like a school mensa than a 5* breakfast room was disappointing. the food level wasn't what we expected either.

this hotel was close to everything (train, restaurant, shopping centers) with great views and beautiful, clean rooms. the pool and spa facilities were great, giving you a real sense of luxury. the breakfast was also very good, with a variety of food options (asian, western, continental etc.)
we would definitely return to this hotel.
