the attention to detail, the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff, the facilities and the central location could not be faulted there was not one aspect of the hotel that we could fault Absolutely stunnung way to end our thailand holiday.
The location allowed us to easily access Bangkok's central business distict, the professionalism and the helpfulness of the staff could not be faulted and the facilities that were provided were first class. Top rating

Great room and facilities. The pool is wonderful. The hotel restaurant food is great but a bit expensive. Staff were wonderful and willing to help at all times. Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to all great shopping centres and close to train station. The breakfast was reasonable while not fantastic. Great hotel that I would happily use again. Great location and very helpful staff. The rooms and facilities were fantastic.
Restaurant Tip : Hotel restaurant food was very nice but a bit expensive. The top floor of centre world shopping centre just up the road has great food at a quarter of the price.

great loation - within a 5 minute walk of many of Bangkok's best shopping and eating locations. Excellentr value for money, good large clean rooms, lots of added extras breakfast buffet could be a little more expansive second time stayed here - servicve still excellent, fantastic location, good value for money
Shopping Tip : can walk undercover virtually from here to central world, paragon mall and Mah Boon Krong

This hotel is located withing walking distance to the Central World and Siam Paragon shopping centres, and BTS Skytrain. Although it's not a big inconvenience, the hotel does not have a bar or serve alcohol. No minibar in the room. Also, oddly, some of the elevators only go to the 28th floor, so if you want to go higher you must take 2 elevators.
This hotel is great value for a 5 star hotel. I stayed in a Grande Suite on the 45th floor which was quite large, very comfortable and nicely appointed with a full kitchen, dining area, large bathroom and comfortable bedroom with a king bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and seem to enjoy pleasing their guests. The American breakfast is complimentary and offers a large variety of western and asian breakfast foods.

The stay was good. My family and I have a great time there. Feel like home. Overall the hotel is good. My family and I have a great time there, the facilities are great. The location is good, near shopping area, is good for my wife, she loves shopping. The breakfast buffets are nice and have a lot of choices. Besides that, the workers are very nice and friendly. I feel great living there.

This is my second time staying with Grande and I would definately choose this hotel as it is value for money and it is convenient to go any where around Bangkok with the location of the hotel. Is also safe to move around the hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel for my next trip to Bangkok and would recommend my friends too.

Best value - very affordable for a first class service apartment. Great location and just perfect for business or vacation. The hotel is so popular that the complimentary buffet breakfast is too packed..plus food selection could be better. This is the service apartment I would come back again and again. Great amenities, spacious, and luxurious. Perfect location, right next to Erawan and One Central World. Friendly customer service and great value.
Restaurant Tip : Spice market next door in Four Seasons Hotel.

Location is excellent, just 100m from 2 BTS stations. Central, yet quiet surroundings. Rooms have fantastic views, are huge and very well-equipped. Service is fantastic as staff are attentive and response quckly to the needs of the business traveller. The crowd at breakfast is quite big as the hotel appears to attract tourists rather business users. I fully recommend business travellers to use the hotel whenever they are in Bangkok. Not only is it centrally located between 2 BTS stations, it is within walking distance to many shopping malls and eateries. The lobby has a grandeous presence and the reception is warm and friendly. The amenities provided are excellent. The hotel has its own spa that tired business travellers can retreat to after a hard day's work. The rooms are big, clean and very well appointed. The service staff makes you feel very much at home.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is close to several shopping malls which tourists would fancy when in Bangkok. The sky bridge is located near the hotel and its links to all the major shopping malls. The bridge provides shelter from the sun and rain, which makes its an all-weather shopping experience.

Very lovely hotel apartment. Well positioned to everything. Very courteous and efficient staff. Only minor. Apartment lacked enough crockery and utensils. Adequate, but could have had extras. Breakfast good, but one suggestion would be for juice, tea and coffee stations to move from their present, very congested corner position. This was a great hotel to finish a holiday in Thailand. Service, staff and apartment were all excellent. Facilities great and very well appointed apartment. It was fantastic to have a kitchen and a washing machine/dryer for the last couple of days. Geographically, well positioned and walking distance to everything. Extremely helpful staff for all aspects.
Shopping Tip : Excellent location - able to walk to all shops and skytrain station.

location, size of rooms, gym has great spa, free wi-fi in rooms breakfast food is not very good or varied. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to bkk. the location is great, close to shopping and sky train. the one bedroom suite is very spacious with a very nice bathroom, great for traveling with children. the pool /gym facilities are great. very good value for money

Hotel looks brand new,staff are excellent the view from the room is absolutely amazing, cant wait to go there again Well the breakfast buffet gets very busy, hard to get a table at times We absolutely loved the room wish we could spend more time inside the room but had work so was busy with that, but i cant wait to book the hotel again and take full advantage of this amazing room
