The room is spacious, clean, tidy and in very good condition. The Golf court view is excellent and relaxing. Nice swimming pool for those who love swimming or for those who love watching others swim.....

As some users have commented, the breakfast can improve further.

This hotel or service apartment have everything you need. It even have cooking area and washing machines. If you need to stay in Bangkok for weeks or even months, it is a very good choice for you. Nevertheless, I do recommend this hotel for those who just want to stay for a few days and want to have relaxing experience. Finally, I have to qualify that these comments are based on the room rate I got in this trip.

clean, friendly receptionist

too small

if you are looking for a clean room to stay, you should come to this hotel. however, if you stay at grand deluxe room, it may be too small if you expect your guests to come over to your room and discuss business matters.

room service

on the day near my departure day, the room service staff did not fully provide what i was supposed to have, like the teabags, coffee and so forth. it was trivial but i think it should have not taken place.

The hotel is new, clean and has very good security. It is in a good location, just a few minutes from major shopping centre and the BTS. The staff is very friendly.

Many taxi drivers don't know the hotel. Even a restaurant supervisor in a nearby shopping centre don't seem to know where is the hotel.

My two young children, age 9 and 3, love the hotel. The hotel room comes with a living room for them to move about. They love the kids playroom and the swimming pool. I got a room on the 45th floor facing the main shopping area. The view was fantastic, day & night. If you love ro spa, the hotel's spa should not be missed.

Shopping Tip : The major shopping centres are all nearby even a night market that closes at 3am.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. THe view is great (if you request and get a room facing the race track). It shares the greatest location in Bangkok with the expensive hotels on either side (the Erawan and the Four Seasons ). The sky train (2 lines), Central World and Siam Paragon are all within easy walking distance. The pool and sauna are superb

The breakfast is definitely below scale for the quality of this hotel (about equal to what you would get in a good 3 star hotel).

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. This time for 10 days and we really enjoyed our stay. The service, the location and the rooms themselves are all some of the best that I have had in Bangkok (I have stayed in at least 30 other hotels in the 20 years I have been coming to Bangkok and similar quality is availble only at twice the cost in other hotels. Except for the mediocre breakfast, I can't think of anything to complain about. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Restaurant Tip : The buffet restaurant in the Erawan (the hotel next door is excellent and not too expensive. Also get the "drink buffet" to go with it - unlimited wine, champagne or beer.

This is my first time to stay in this hotel.Originally I booked only one night from Agoda and then I extended my staying for total three nights. This hotel has excellent amenities such as brand-new gym, well decorated swimming pool with approximately 20-25m in length, and a tropical styled sauna. These facilities adds much pleasure to the staying when one is trapped in the hotel during the rain season in Bangkok. Besides the room is also equipped with SONY Bravia LCD, DVD player, and awesome night view overlooking Bangkok. I will stay in this Hotel again definitely.

Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel is located at the side of the famous Four Seasons Hotel. Not difficult to find.

Large pool. Pleasant staff. Proximity to shopping and transportation.

Near zero mobile phone reception on the 45th floor.

The 1-bedroom apartment I stayed in had a very nice kitchen area, in-room laundry machine, and fast and reliable internet available via Wi-Fi (note: it requires a daily login via a browser splash screen, which did not work with my VOIP phone). It appears this CP location is very new. While I was staying there, it appeared that the majority of patrons were Chinese - this didn't bother me, but other may care. Definitely a recommendation

Hotel Feature Tip : Note: it requires a daily login via a browser splash screen, which did not work with my VOIP phone - I 'shared' my internet access from my computer's WiFi connection to its Ethernet network connection, allowing me to plug my VOIP phone and use it regularly.

Our suite was great, spacious, clean and well equipped. Clothes washer/dryer machine in kitchen area was very handy. Gym facilities very good. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi in the room.

Buffet breakfast adequate but not outstanding, small area that can get very crowded at peak times with a limited choice of food. Other than the coffee shop there are no other restaurant facilities 'in house' although plenty of choice nearby.

Have stayed in Bangkok many times, usually in Silom or Sukhumvit area. This was our first stay here and we will definitely stay again if the room rates are favourable. Nice area, 5 mins walk to Skytrain station and the elevated Skywalk pedestrian link to Central World and Siam Paragon - much better than walking next to the traffic!

Hotel Feature Tip : When you check in ask for a log-in ID and password to access the free wi-fi available in your room

impressive hotel w/ beautiful lobby and had a free fruits of thailand tasting in the afternoon. room is immaculate and the hotel is very very well run.

best Centre point i've stayed at. breakfast is very very good. but still think Holiday Inn by far has best breakfast in Ratchadamri/Chidlom area. the hotel rooms are clean and spacious. busy hotel w/ families and business people alike. very close to shopping areas and easy walking to ratchadamri BTS station.

The Grand CP was very new, the rooms very clean, and the facilities very well executed. It is very close to Central World, the BTS Skyway, and many other shopping locations. The pool is HUGE and non chlorinated (they use UV cleaning)

The rooms have no balconies (I like balconies), and the breakfast buffet was a bit formulaic. N0 easy way to order drinks or snacks while at the pool (we had to hunt down service)

Decided to try a different CP, and their flagship in Radjadamri ended up as a good choice -- I had the 1 bedroom unit on the 45th floor, which yielded nice view, and thanks to fast elevators was a quick trip to my room and back. It is located right across the street from the Four Seasons, which still serves a great Sunday Brunch; Additionally, the CP is located within walking distance of Sukhumwit, the Central World shopping mall, and a BTS station. Lower Sukhumwit (1-10) can be walked to, but it takes about 15-20 minutes. On-site facilities (pool, gym, etc...) are excellent, and staff is professional, helpful and friendly, as I have come to expect from CP. My 1-bedroom apartment had a very nice kitchen area, in-room laundry machine, and the internet was available via Wi-Fi, and provided good bandwidth (note: it requires a daily login via a browser splash screen, which did not work with my VOIP phone). Overall, I can well recommend it

Clean and Big Room

Less complimentary, only water 2 bottles a day

By the chance we have choosen this hotel for our parents, it quite better than our imagin. There's clean and big! The staff is intense to each customer. Our parents appreciated this hotel and trip to bangkok this time. But for my reccomendation, we may prefer more complimentary in room like a some drink prepare for customer even not free of charge because there's hardly to find 7-11 around here!

Shopping Tip : The location is not far from shopping center, centralworld, siam paragon, siam center, siam square, MBK, etc. Very convenience by sky train or walking.
