I arrived in Bangkok on 19 May, only to find out that the whole Ratchadamri area has been closed off for a political event. The normal road to the hotel was totally blocked off. It will be better if the hotel or Agoda can pre-alert me on the situation in Bangkok so that I can make other plans to avoid this kind of situation. Besides, travelling with a baby is no fun when the traffic is bad and noisy...

Couldn't fault it. Very friendly. Great room. Massive bed. Really good access to everything. Shopping.and cultural. The staffs are very friendly, can t do enough for you. Was very nice to be in the center of Bangkok. We had access to all the shopping center for very expensive branded shop but also to local and craft made products. We had access to hundred of different restaurant. And also wasn't very far to all the very cultural and religious temples. Will like to recommend this hotel for anybody who enjoy a easy life.

Hotel is located 10 minute walk from Central World shopping mall. Staff friendly and most helpful. Breakfast buffet selection could be changed. Grand Deluxe room spacious and well layed out.
