Free shuttle to and from Bangkok international airport very close for an overnight location . Staff was okay we had a very nice seafood dinner at there restaurant . A no fuss no muss hotel efficient for our needs as we were just transferring overnight to early departure next morning.

my girl friend and I always use Great Residence because the roomand the shuttle is convienient to use andon time. We only stay onenight on each end of our tripsto bankok. We wll continue to stay here if the price remains low.

We arrived late at night and stayed to catch an early flight and took advantage of the airport round trip pick up and drop off the following morning. Rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were helpful.
Bathrooms were of Thai standard for what you're paying.

i travelled to bangkok for the first time by myself and not expecting much.but the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful with your needs. although language barrier is the problem they tried to communicate politely with the guests. i liked the rooms for they're clean, spacious, and very affordable. it's a very good value for your money.

The hotel was about a 15 minute drive from the airport, but the driver was excellent and timely upon our arrival and transfer to the hotel with only one more guest. The early morning departure at 0430 back to the a/p was pleasant and well done. No problem meeting our early international departure time. We were very pleased with the overall efficiancy of the whole process.
Travel tip:
They really need a lift/elevator.
