Green Point Resort Bangkok Info
An airport hotel with a difference, Green Point is set surrounded by a rice paddy, and with extensive natural landscaping. A 30 minute driving distance from the international airport makes this an ideal transit hotel. And with the expressway getting to downtown takes around 30 minutes and can be ideal for a quick shopping trip. Alternatively you can head to some of the nearby malls and markets. The spa on-site will be a welcome relief after a long flight, or you can go for a quick dip in the salt-water pool. In addition, this city resort can also arrange for a game of golf at one of the nearby courses, as well as to some of the nearby places of interest. The calming surroundings of Green Point Resort will provide you with the much needed rest while you are in transit.

although green point in itself is a nice hotel with nice if not a little small rooms it is far from easy to reach from airport. it stated on agoda that we got airport pickup but no one was waiting for us, when we rang them they said get a taxi at our cost, not a good start.infact we had to change taxi's 2 times before we found a driver who knew the location even when speaking direct to hotel on phone. if it wasnt for one of us speaking thai then i dont think i would have got there. on arrival the staff were very polite and helpful but again language may be a barrier as little english is spoken. we were told no food available at the restaurant but they sent out for food which was delivered to the room, this was ok but the next morning we were then told they had staff shortages and the restaurant was again closed and had limited hours, we didnt manage to find it open for food during our 3 days, this is a problem as there is nowhere anywhere near this hotel for food or anything else. to eat we had to get transport from hotel and then phone them for pickup. overall if the restaurant is open then it would be nice for a quiet stay away from the madness of bangkok but not a good place to stay iff you wish to see any sights.

nice & friendly staff. service is good
The bathroom is quite small and pressure of water is lower.
I have early morning flight to bali. Morning call from hotel is punctual and driver is so nice to bring me to Air port & pick me up when i arrive. they are totally nice

The staff was great - very helpful. The room was nice. The spa was great - I had 4 different treatments there.
The restaurant was closed due to no chef. My breakfast was included so a staff member cooked it for me, which was fine. The location is in the middle of nowhere - about a 20 min taxi ride to anywhere. The pool was green- not very inviting.
My stay was for 2 nights. It was a 30 min ride to the resort which was located down a dirt road. I was exhausted and just wanted to eat and relax in my room. The restaurant was closed so I had to walk about 10 min where I found a 7-11. I got some food there and walked back to the resort. I was on the 3rd floor but the WiFi only connected on the 1st floor. It rained the next morning but cleared up around noon. The staff asked if I wanted a ride somewhere but I declined. Overall, I was satisfied mainly because the staff tried so hard to please me. The location can't be changed. The restaurant has a chef but he wasn't there while I was there. I had to sit in the lobby to use Skype but that didn't bother me. The resort, the room, the spa and especially the staff more that compensated for any negatives that occurred. I only mentioned the "cons" as areas they could improve.
Travel tip : a 7-11 convenient store - that's it!
