Great location and room
King sized bed, couch and a clean toilet. I've stayed at this excellent hotel three times and will be a returning customer.

Nice hotel but difficult to locate
A nice hotel at an excellent location. It was difficult to locate, but once found, everything's great. Convenient stores nearby, lot's of street food and a foodcourt at Terminal 21 to suit your taste. BTS and MRT is very near. Hotel is smoke free, room is clean and quiet. I will stay here again.

From great to poor
We are Customer of the Grottino, Soi 19 from the beginning, now it became the i-check-inn Hotel on Soi 19. First impression is bad; the Entrance Door is damaged, looks extremely poor, make you wonder what kind of place you booked. The Check-in Girl on arrival was nice. For the first time in my travels, I had to pay 500 Baht deposit for the Plastic Card Keys which costs almost noting, at least they issued us two Keys for the Deposit. On checkout, the Money was returned, but I gave the Guy by mistake 3 Keys back, the extra Key I had from an other Hotel which used the same Key System, we used this Key for the AC. As I was taking the extra Kay back from him, the Front Office Guy told me that I can not take this extra Key as it is Company Property. I told him than that he needs to be careful what is saying, he issued 2 Keys and I returned 3, so the extra one does not belong to this Company, this was too hard for him to understand and the actually accused me of trying to Steal a Key, after arguing with him, he then returned the 500 Baht deposit. The Room, first impression was ok, second look, the Toilet Seat was broken, the Fan in the Toilet was not working, and the AC was noisy. Informed the Maid and front Office, but no action was taken during our 5 Day stay. I like to have a Coffee in the Room in the morning, there was a Paper cup with Instant Coffee on the Mini Bar, but no Water heater, strange, first I was thinking the Maid forgot it, so I asked the Reception, they told me that the Guest needs to come down to get the Hot Water from the Reception where there is also an Instant Coffee maker which is free of charge. What is this, why should I pay 40 Baht for the Instant Coffee in the Room and get the Water from downstairs if I can have than the opportunity for a free Instant Coffee of equal quality? In addition, they also try to sell Instant Noodle Soup in the Room, again, for the hot Water you have to go downstairs. I told the Front Office Staff, that this ho

Nice hotel but a little hard to find
I would come back and stay, only drawback is that the hotel is a little hard to find because its situated in a small little alley, the rooms are big and the facilities are great! would come back in future!
