Amazing Hotel
good service, good location, good room

my wife and i love this hotel so much after we lived for 2 nights.
the room is so special which we can see the different plants in room. also, the design of this hotel is so special, which using the enviornmental design, and it also does not affect us.
the breakfast is good, everything is fresh, and the choices are many. (at least many enough for us)
the location is also near bts, just walk 5 mins. nice!
almost every staffs are carrying the smile on their face. love it!
i believe we will come this hotel again!

Amazing hotel in a great location

We got a free upgrade from the Edge Suite to the Vertigo Suite. The suite was unreal. We even had a guided tour. There was a complimentary open mini bar with beer and snacks. The bathroom was massive. This was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (and I've stayed at a tonne of 5 star hotels).
The location was convenient in that the hotel is a few minutes from the BTS. It's close to other, more well-known 5 star hotels, which makes it easier to direct a cab driver where to take you. It's also walking distance from MBK and Siam Centre (shopping areas).
Service is unreal. We had to leave early for a tour one morning and the complimentary breakfast restaurant wasn't open yet. I offered to buy breakfast from the cafe but the lady insisted I shouldn't have to pay for breakfast so she called the restaurant and got us in early!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Eve Restaurant (where breakfast was served) was fantastic. I had a few meals at Boca Cafe too and loved it. Real Western-style sandwiches (a relief after all the sweet, Asian-style sandwiches you see around). I also had a massage and facial from Luxsa spa and thought that was great.
There is a steam room and pool on level 8.

Loved the hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was extremely comfy! The concierges, Lucky and Oh, were very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating to our needs, and were willing to go our of their way to help make our stay better.

one of the finest hotel
big room with all essentials , nice bathroom, nice bed, good quality breakfast

read about the rave reviews about hansar and it sure did not disappoint.the room was huge, clean and the decor is just excellent. service was what expected of a five star hotel. but there's a slight disappointment , the shower heater temperature doesnt seem to be able to adjust , just hot water or cold and one of the minus point is non of the staffs know how to operate the washing machine in the room, causing a lot of confusion and delays it left us with a bag of wet laundry and a almost late flight. but other than this few hiccups this hotel is real a star.

A green hotel
Distinctive from other 5 star hotels

Hansar is conveniently located in the city centre of Bangkok. It emphasizes environmental friendly and the design of the hotels meets this emphasis. There is an open yard within the hotel, which is not enclosed. So, there is no air conditioning until you enter your room. For those guest who wishes to have the luxuries of 5 star hotel from the 1st step on the hotel, Hansar may not be the best choice for this reason alone. The room is spacious, clean and well designed. However, the quality of renovation seems not up to those of other 5 star hotels. For breakfast, the choice of foods is not too many but each of them was of high quality.
Restaurant Tip:
The French cuisine in the restaurant of the hotel was very impressive.

Location is very well, and the suit is perfect

While we arrived the hotel, the staff are very kind and the frontdesk introduced the environment very detail. The porters help us to call the taxi who would tell the driver the location so that we never got lost!
Shopping Tip:
close to central world, big c, erwan temple.

The room is big (its already the smallest room type) @ 600 sqft -- studio suite equipped with mini-kitchen and even a washing machine. The free mini-bar includes 6 bottles of soda drinks, 2 bottles of beers and a few packets of snacks. I was told it would be replenished daily, but apparently not so.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Schedule your trip over the weekend as many local markets and activities happen during weekend -- chatuchak market, taling chan floating market and even free muay thai boxing @ TV 7 stadium (mo-chit station).

Beautifully Designed Hotel with great service

This trip was a city break, which was just about shopping. We got a great deal which included 50% price reduction with a complimentary 60 minutes massage, free minibar and breakfast included. So this was great value. All the rooms are suites, look very classy and bug bathroom. True 5 star quality at 3 star prices. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. It is also in a great location, 2 mints to sky train stattion and walking distance to main shopping areas. I cannot fault this hotel at all and would definately visit again if i got the same deal

it's amazing that the hotel keep improving its service from my last stay in january this year. the room is spacious and the location is convenient (near the bts station). many taxi drivers know this hotel already. i would be even better if the hotel can considering lower the price for renting its limosine services.
