The room interior design is catchy, room cosy to my liking. The corridor, aisle between the hotel rooms is dimly litted. Hip Hotel is somewhere you can look out for if you are tired of the typical hotel setting. Affordable and yet not out of place, this hotel is strategically located near their MRTA and Huay Huang Night market. Hotel staffs are friendly and constantly looking out for guests to their enquiry. You can have a spread of food during breakfast time, spend some time to revitalise yourself with a nice cup of coffee before spending the rest of the day shopping or sight seeing. I bet you'll turn back on the cab and take a second look at the Hotel on your departure to the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Turn right on the exit of the Hotel then turn right again. This will lead you to Kuay Hwang Night market. From clothing to accessories to food, there are a spoil for choices. If you are a big fan of snacks, you may try their fried chicken, grilled squids or even fresh sugared strawberries. There are more discoveries, but I'll leave it for you guys to explore.

Good location, close to transport and night markets, nice atmosphere and friendly staff, excellent value for money considering the location and size of the rooms slighty seedy area, maybe not he best family hotel due to presense of massage parlours in neighborhood. Quality of Western food was a bit ordinary. Bread and crossaints would run out during breakfast and notquickly refilled. Hard to find, would be better if the address was more clear. taxi drivers and motorcycle taxi riders were not much help just on the printed address. The hotel is excellent value, with clean, spacious rooms, an interesting slightly off-beat atmosphere and brilliant location. I lived in Huai Kwang for a nmber of years and enjoyed being able to go the night market by foot.
Access to transport is also excellent, with Ratchadapisek road less than 100 m away and the subway around the corner.
I would not recommend the hotel as a family hotel, due to the large number of large massage parlours and karaoke places at the entrance to the soi.
the room was comfortable, a good size and had nice facilities, making the three night package excellent value.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Night market nearby are well worth a visit, tasty fresh Thai food available very cheaply a 5 minute walk away.
