Great location with Luxury room
Guest services was Superb, Sumptous Breakfast, Good room ambience.

The room service constantly top up my room supplies and ensure the cleaniness of the room. Love the large bed and room area. The washroom was perfect! Well maintained with huge bathtub/shower. The hotel is 10min walking distance to the BTS and jus ard the famous night market! Will return to this hotel again!

Requested for high floor and they managed to fulfill my request. Room was well decorated and clean.
Morning breakfast buffet was also nice with decent variety of food. Location is good with nearby MRT & night market for shopping.

This hotel is very conveniently located right next to the tubes,hyper market, massage centres and night spots.
However the breakfast spread is rather low budget. Furthermore the lobby is very small and very noisy during breakfast time as it is a just a few steps away from the coffee house. It gets crowded when there are functions in the conference room which is also next to the lobby.

my internet got problem and guess what the hotel staff told me, can you bring down your pc to be troubleshoot?what is that!
the air con filter look like many years didnt clean as it was patch black. made me wonder why the room smell

Air Con Cold, Clean Room, Fine Location. However, the buffet breakfast is not as good, hotel do not come with a swimming pool and the shower is impossible to control to a comfortable temperature.

Not in the best area and the hotel is tired. I would not stay here again. Very close to Din Dang area known for crime activity. If you just need a place to crash and do not plan on walking around at night it will be fine.
