This hotel is perfect if you are not looking to do anything in the middle of the city. It is located slightly outside, meaning no traffic jam! It is very near the Huay Kwang station so very convenient! Loved the room, it was so clean and nice toilet. Did not try out the food in the hotel as there are local food within minutes of the hotel. The night market opens up to 5am with plenty of stalls.

My seven day stay at the hip hotel was great. The studio suite was more than suitable to my needs. It included a queen size bed, a large hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. Hip hotel staff was very friendly and assisted me with directions around town with no problem. I would definitely stay here my next visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

What a delight to find this hotel in the city of Bangkok. The breakfast buffet was exceptiional and well worth the slight extra when ordered with the room. Short walk to the subway and the city is at your door step. Delightful stay.

The last time I stayed here no complainsts. But room 805 has loud air conditioner and never cooled the room adequately. The shower was either too hot or cold. Over 4 days, could never adjust temp right. Asked to change room at front desk. Girl never looked up from her paperwork and said come back at 2 pm. OOOOOKAY. Forgetaboutit.
Restaurant Tip:
Nearby is the Le Hanoi Vietnamese restaurant on the main road. Walked by many times and always empty. Now I know why. Order pork ribs with rice. All fat, no meat. Complaint was met with indifference.

the hip hotel is a very convient hotel with excellent staffs,the staffs are cute , friendly and able to speak good english. the location is great because there are many great food around that area and also eatery are open till the wee hours at huai kuang.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the hip hotel room are very well designed and comes in diff colours in every room. choose the room with the bath tub, hip hotel has a bigger bath tub than other hotels.

the hotel has got a very good location. it is withing walking distance of approximately 10 minutes from the mrt station huai khwang. the room is a decent size with a fairly large toilet. however there isn't a screen to prevent water from spilling out from the bathtub especially when showering. the breakfast spread is limited compared to the offering of similar hotels in the vicinity. avoid staying on the lower floors as there are many karaoke rooms located above the coffee house/restaurant. the rooms are popular especially over the weekends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
In Bangkok it is advisable to use the MRT and/or BTS especially during the peak hours because of massive traffic jams. There are lots of foot reflexology joints along the same street. A five minute walk away at Thanon Pracharat Bamphen are street hawkers that peddle all kinds of wares especially in the evening.
