Great location and clean rooms

the hip hotel is in a very convenient location as it is near to a train station called huai khwang, it is only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. it has a 7-11 convenient store just directly next to the hotel so it is convenient for us to buy drinks and snacks back to our rooms.

Only stayed for a couple days before flying out, Hotel was nice and in a good location short walk/ motorcycle taxi to the Subway which will take you to all the hot spots.
Plenty of night life it seemed on the main street...although many of the venues were advertising massages.
Always a line of Taxi's right outside the hotel to hop in, I was always able to find a metered one too.
Room was very clean and a good size, price of the hotel can't be argued with for the quality of room you receive.
I was in the area for a purpose due to it was close to the Bike shops I wanted to visit but I could see it being OK for whatever you were in BKK for.

Brilliant Hotel, fantastic staff

This was a great place to stay, was there for 10 days and loved it. I will be staying here again in the future as the staff were great, rooms were fantastic and it waas very clean.
Markets are just around the corner, 7/11 is just across the road, major shopping centres are not far and transport isnt a problem. Great breakfast with lots of various foods, was extremely impressed with everything.
Shopping Tip:
Robinsons is a great place to shop and there are couple more big centres just a bit further along, one has all the latest computer gear and IT gear.

definitely one of the best hotels I have been too. Staff are very helpful, meals were quite good and breakfasts were plentiful. Street markets and 7/11 close by so you can buy snacks/meals easily and cheaply.
Hotel Feature Tip:
hotel has a computer room so you can doo all your i.t work even if you dont take laptop, the weekly ticket for 1000 baht is the best value.

have stayed hip hotel a couple of times. always choose this hotel for it's location. even if the cab driver have difficulties finding the hotel, just tell him ratchada robinson shopping center. from there you will be able to guide him to the hotel. water heater kind of malfunctioning. it's either too hot or cold. have difficulties getting the right temperture. breakfast is okay. serve relatively a variety of food if you compare with other hotels.
