The hotel and location are great. The rooms are of reasonable size and very clean. The breakfast spread was decent and acceptable. The hotel's downfall is definitely the staff!!!

So, overall HIP hotel provided good service for me and can say that with 3 star hotel get 4 star hotel's services.

everything is wonderful except for the water jet in jacuzzi could be stronger....
Travel tip:
Near to Hway Kwang night market, walking distance. The popular Hindu elephant god temple nearby brings good luck, go there to pray and you might get some suprise.

Honestly, based on tha rates that I paid for, I have no complains. Location is good, room is big and free breakfast.....what is there to complain. Basically I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Bangkok.

Location in general, the line about 15 minutes to Carrefour to be around nothing. the room is not expected surprises, the floor is not clean, good bathroom to water problems, like after a bath into the reservoir, air-conditioning was very noisy ears. as with the same Sukhumvit price rather then live in areas

Easy access to Huay Khwang Station and Huay Khwang Road for night shopping & eating. About 10 mins walk to Robinson & Carrefour Shopping Centre. No traffic jam to & fro from airport cos taxi uses the expressway.
