Hotel is very well maintain. Rooms are very clean and trendy. Flat screen TV and DVD with sound system is available. Aircoditional is very operational. Staff are very polite, helpful and resourceful. Hotel location is not very far from shopping centres. All transport is easily available. Nightlife around the hotel is plentyful. 2 night trade fair and reaturants is just round the corner.

Good place, walking distance to Hwai Kwang MRT. There's a pub at the hotel, go place to have a drink if one does not want to go too far. Friendly staff. 7-11 nearby, local food behind the hotel. Walk in rate is higher than online. So no matter what, get an internet connection and book online even if it's a last minute booking and it will save you some money.

Stayed at this hotel twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. The rooms are clean as you would not expect from cheaper hotels, the food is good and the location is excellent as it is placed in a bustling city area close to Robinsons and other shopping centres. It is only a 15 minute taxi ride away from the City Centre (i.e. Sukhumvit roads as well)
Also need to mention that the hotel staff and receptionists are very friendly and always willing to help.

there have no much different compare the executive room and normal room. if there have more different between each type of room.. then ur guest might want to try all type of room. your room pictures on the website is much more better compare with the real one.

I went to bangkok for the business trip this time, then I saw this hotel was doing the prometion at that time, it was very comfortable for staying, and very convenient loacation. I will like to stay here again when I go to bangkok next time.

What can I say? My girlfriend and I suppose to stay for a month but we checked out after one night stay. This is not a place for a family or couple. You will do fine if you are single and looking for actions if you know what I mean. The Decor looks nice on the website but it is not as it shown in the pictures. Everything looks cheap starting from the entrance all the way to the front desk. If you are looking for a nice small charming boutique hotel this is not the place. Only good experience we have here was the breakfast buffet. But hey, you are in Bangkok every hotel in this city goes all out with their breakfast feast.

Close to Night Markets and Transport
Night market nearby, Subway and Ratchadapisek road easily reached

This is my third stay at the Hip Hotel. I come here for the closeness of the Huai Kwang night markets and the easy access to the subway on Ratchadapisek road. The rooms have always been clean and the hotel itself has a nice low-key ambiance. I have lived in Bangkok over 5 years and in that time appreciated the street food, with some of the best within 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

The Hip Hotel is very close to MTR so traveling around Bangkok is fairly easy. No many taxi drivers know this hotel so mention it is behind the Emerald Hotel or next to the Palazzo. This hotel has mostly Asian tourists.
