lovely hotel but lack of service

not fully satified with this stay,lack of service given ,places are not that convinices for night life,the price is not worth for the money for me to pay off cause expensive but not worth for it.
in other hand why the hotel not provide breakfast,since we usesually have when we stay ?

Very satisfied with hotel and very service provide
Room was very nice, clean and spacious.

The staffs were very attentive and helpful. Checking in procedure to the hotel was very fast and efficient with minimal waiting time. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Although it is not placed in the centre of shopping districts, taxis are frequent and so, no problem to get around from one place to another.

Beautiful hotel at a wonderful location Helpful staff and an amazing spa service facility .... i got my hair done when i was there and i am more than satisfied with the new look :)
The restaurant has an amazing buffet ... definitely worth it....
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask the people who take your baggage to get you a cab and tell them where u are headed. They give u a card with all the destinations in Bangkok and they tick the appropriate box in Thai so that u can show it to the cab driver :)

Hotel in the business district of Silom

hotel is along the main drag of silom rd, on the quieter end. the place is quite dead in the weekend, the hotel is quiet, clean. rooms are comfortable and clean. staff are friendly & helpful all round.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, along silom rd, at the corner with pan road, is the sri mariamman temple, one of only two hindu temples in bangkok. worth a visit when you are in the area.

The reception staff og the hotel are second to none. They are most efficient and very pleasant and helpful. This hotel offers wonderful value for money also. The rooms are spacious and clean with a good selection of Television channels. The ensuite is good with a good shower available. The breakfast each morning was substantial with a very good selection of food to meet all tastes.
Nightlife Tip:
With Patpong just down the street there is adequeate nighlight. The stalls are selling all types of materials from counterfeit watches to designer bags. If your are not into the Patpong scene there are some nice resteraunts and pubs close by.

I find the hotel location is good for business, as near business area. A bit far from BTS station. Staff are friendly and helpful when I ask for directions and recommendations.
Restaurant is clean and food is not bad. Facilities are also good.

Execelent location at centre town, a lot of food stalls, shopping malls with reasonable prices, and variety of choices to fulfill traveller desire. Easy to take the public transportation to the destination. The receiptionist can remember what room number that you check-in and their service is very good, politely, and friendly.
