very nice bathroom honestly nothing I did not like I stayed there in May 2009 for one night only after arriving Bangkok and before leaving to Phuket, in the clean classy district , not the dirty streets of Sukhumvit , very friendly staff , the room was very clean and pleasant , we liked the bathroom as well eventhough there wasn't a bath tub just a nice shower area , I would go again and defenitily recommend it to others

Location, location, location Again, stayed at the Holiday Inn during my recent trip to Bangkok. Convenience was a factor, particularly for shopping as Central WTC & Gaysorn are a short walk and Siam Paragon is 1 BTS station away.
Food was also readily available during the day at the numerous shopping complexes and hotels in the area though later in the night (after 9.30 p.m.) ones choices are slightly more limited. Notwithstanding, it is Bangkok and if you know where to look, food is readily available at all times of the day.
Again, service was excellent and really nothing to complain about. Not the cheapest alternative for a 4 star hotel in Bangkok but the convenience does make up for it.

Nightlife Tip : SENSE - top floor lounge bar and club, very nice location close to the hotel. Beautiful view, excellent food, nice people, enjoy Bangkok.

Very convenient and clean. They did not give me a queen bed as requested. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful, including the receptionist, concierge, bell boy etc. They would always hold the door, get a taxi, and press the lifts for us. The hotel is also very convenient, opposite Central World and within walking distance to MBK & Pratunum. At night, the night market is just downstairs.

Convenient to Skytrain and shopping at Siam Square. Nice trendy hotel, friendly and helpful staff!!! Hotel breakfast was great, lots of variety, all you can eat buffet, so take advantage of that since its the price is cheap. Only dislike is the window in the bathroom, you can see someone in the bathroom taking dump thru the bedroom, if you don't close the shades. I would stay here next time because of good location and convenience to Skytrain. Shopping and eating is relatively within walking distance from the hotel. Even though traffic in this area is awful, you can stroll along the sky pedestrian way, which allows u walk safely above bumper to bumper traffic and not worry about crossing dangerous busy streets when heading to Siam Square. The hotel rate is reasonably cheap compared to other upscale hotels.

Swimming pool is small. Staff is nice. Room is quite comfortable especially the bath room. The location is excellent since it is just beside the BTS Chilom station. The hotel is also located in the city center so all the big and famous shopping malls are just around, walking few mins then you can easy reach to what you want to go. Actually, this is already my second time staying in this hotel, still feels good and convenient, particularly to first time traveler.

Location is convenient and ideal for most spots. Staff are reliable and friendly. Taxi drivers are a pain! They dont know where anything is.. so perhaps the hotel should educate as many taxi drivers as possible of their location. We found our stay enjoyable. Location was a plus! Close to malls, nightlife, transport and restaurants. The staff were all friendly, helpful, attentive and reliable. The staff did go out of their way to help us book restaurants and organise transport and give us tips for places. Rooms are clean and we felt safe. Reasonable size to the room and bathroom. There is not much of a view but being in the city you dont expect that much. Being in the city you would think it would be very high in noise levels, but our room hardly had much. we could sleep soundly through the night. Highly recommend staying here as it is value for money and we felt satisfied with all aspects of our stay.

The room was good, very spacy and with a nice bathroom disigne.
The breakfast was the best out of the 30 hotels i visited before. More tv chanels ( dutch ) When i visit Bangkok next time i wil absolutly go back to this hotel. It was nearby all the shopping centres and centre of Bangkok.
They geve an excelent advice on where to go for dinner and made shure the taxidriver didn't con me.
The room was very noce disigned with an beautiful and working bathroom.
The breakfast was the most varied i ever saw.
The room and bathroom were absolutely clean.
Shopping Tip : a great number of big excelent shopping centre's are on walking ( 15 min ) distance.

The location is very good. We can walk to Big shopping spot in 5min and station is very near!! The room doesn't have a bath tub.Qt first my kid did complain,but 2shower are very nice,she also loves that. It's next to Intercon hotel,this time Intercon is under renovation. We're worry about their noise,but it's no problem. Good hotel for us!!

Perfect location. Good value. Excellent hospitality. Personally, I enjoyed staying at the hotel since their hospitality was excellent.
However, I am against the idea of "100% cancellation policy" for more than two months in-advance reservation.

The good thing about the hotel is:
1. Friendliness of the staff particularly the bell boy
2. Proximity of the hotel to all shopping malls
3. Cleanliness and new look of the hotel The disadvantage is the hotel room rates does not include breakfast. Shopping Tip : Holiday Inn Bangkok is within walking distance to all major shopping malls ranging Central at Chit Lom BRT station. Morever, it has a sheltered overhead bridge to access to World Trade Center (Isetan), Central World (Zen), Siam Paragon and Siam Center.

Location\nCleanliness\nFacilities This is our 3rd stay at the Holiday Inn Resort and although it is a bit pricey compared to most hotels in Bangkok, the location, cleanliness and facilities do make up for it. We have stayed at cheaper hotels before but always end up coming back to this one. The rooms are a good size and there is a swimming pool and gym onsite. This is not your average Holiday Inn and i would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Nice rooms and very smart staff providing excellent service Taxi drivers are not familiar with the address of this hotel. There are 2 Holiday Inns in Bangkok and they either get confused or pretent to make a mistake and take you to the wrong hotel, in order to get more fare. Will stay here again, excellent location, can't fault the service. Good breakfast. Cheap cocktails during happy hours.
