Good location near city yet not far from the hustle and bustle of City shopping around Patpong. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean room. This is the 1st time I stay in Holiday Inn and I am most impressed with the warmness of the staff from bellboys to counter staff. A nice airy and comfortable hotel. The rooms are just as exceptional and spacious. It was a very good experience and looking forward to a longer stay next time. I thought it should be given a 5 star rating.

Great location, nice lobby Rooms have not been updated in ages...damp and dark. The hotel has a great location, lovely spacious lobby, polite staff, good breakfast. Premium tower rooms are good, but plaza tower rooms are much in need of renovation. Have not changed much in the 10 years I have stayed here. Always seem moist and poorly lit, making them less than comfortable. Sky train a bit of a walk, but not bad.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great internet cafe in basement of bldg next door.

everything is good, except room condition is a bit old ony...but overall still good. will stay again if got promotion
